The printing technology, both in terms of resolution and speed, is quite impressive. If any one else can match it, I have not seen it. I still believe this is either very early stage growth or an acquisition target. Either way, I love this as an investment...and the rest if GGRGF's portfolio gives it that much more catalyst for growth.

I trade through fidelity and my ticker symbol for Groupe Gorge still shows GGRGF. Also I noticed that both GGRGF and GGRGY seem to be trading independently with different prices and volume....how is that possible if they are supposed to be combined ??

Groupe Gorge (GGRGY) Expecting Big, Fast Revenue Growth From 3D Printing

Groupe GorgeFrench Engineering firm Groupe Gorge, who launched their new 3D printing division at Euromold 2013 last month, announced projections for their 3D printing revenues today. The company’s shares will also begin trading as a level 1 sponsored ADR through the Bank of New York Mellon under ticker GGRGY as of today.

In two years, Groupe Gorge is targeting to “attain and then exceed” €5 million in monthly revenues from 3D printing, or 81.7M $US annually. This is approximately equal to the trailing twelve months of all revenue from both voxeljet (VJET) and Arcam AB (AMAVF)…combined. Time will tell if this aggressive target is achieved, but I believe it’s well within the realm of possibility due to the proprietary technology of their Prodways lineup of industrial 3D printers. I understand that GGRGF was the result of immediate demand in dollars in the form of foreign shares on the U.S. OTC market, and the new ADR is sponsored by BONY as a Lvl 1 asset, I get all that, but again, what exactly does that translate to with regards to the difference of the two? Trading volume of one versus the other?, Is FX risk adjusted for one but not the other? Is institutional ownership greater on the ADR I assume than the other?

Again I'm unsure as to what the actual differences are and if one should be selling their existing shares to purchase the new.

GOE is more than a 3d printing company and I hope people will realise that. That is why I don't understand why is not worth, at least in time, as much as known pure plays companies. We'll see... Take it easy a bit... don't expect continuous moves

Mase7: Don't get me the wrong way, but your posting a lot of redundant information and cheerleading isn't going to magically raise the price of the stock.

Believe me, I've been around (joined here in 2006). Its the financials and momentum the drive stock(s). if you happen to buy GGRGF in the high $20's and now down a few bucks, don't panic. And if you bought at under $20 and did not take any profits, don't get piggish in my opinion. It has DOUBLED for some of us in less than a month.

If you are a quick trader, you should be happy. If you are a long-term investor, know where your maximum loss is, and take all emotions out. GGRGF may be $50 or $10. The markets will tell you.

On a bit of good (real) news for GGRGF, it is now no longer on the Grey Markers. It's now trading on OTC:Pinks, as you are now able to see the bid/ask price and there is a bit more liquidity requirement with this move.

A comprehensive set of agreements have been reached between EDF Group and the UK Government including in principle the key commercial terms for an investment contract of the planned Hinkley Point C (HPC) nuclear power station.
The go-ahead has been given to construct two EPR reactors at HPC in Somerset and the agreement in principle, on the scope of the scheme and on the key terms of the investment contract , allows EDF Group to move ahead to secure partners for the financing of the project. The share of equity is expected to be split as follows: EDF Group 45-50%, China General Nuclear Corporation and China National Nuclear Corporation 30-40% and AREVA 10%. Discussions are taking place with a shortlist of other interested parties who could take up to 15% if required.
Preliminary works for the project are already well advanced, with a design approved by UK regulators, a nuclear site licence in place and planning permission being given for construction.
Subject to a final investment decision by July 2014, the power station is expected to complete commissioning of the first unit in 2023.
Key terms of the contracts for the four most important suppliers to the project have now been finalised subject to a final investment decision. These are with: Bouygues TP and Laing O’Rourke for the civil work contract, Costain for the marine work, Alstom for the turbines and Areva for Instrumentation and Control, Nuclear Steam Supply System and Fuel.
It is anticipated that 57% of the project’s construction value could be spent in the UK, building skills and expertise which will help the country win a greater share of nuclear programmes nationally and globally. However, new alliances between British and French industry will allow both to take a leading role in this project and nuclear projects around the world.
Redhall has strengthened its position to take advantage of the opportunities within the UK nuclear new build programme, by setting up strategic alliances with French companies ACPP and Baumert. The ACPP-Redhall joint venture primarily focuses on the design, manufacture and installation of the stainless-steel pond liners, tanks and sumps required. The commercial Heads of Terms agreement between Redhall and Baumert – a subsidiary of the French organisation Groupe Gorgé – will facilitate a turnkey package offering that includes design, manufacture and installation for shield and security doors used in nuclear power stations.

“I admire the British government for its sensible decision to invest in third-generation nuclear plants in the current environment,” said Raphael Gorge, chief executive officer of Groupe Gorge (GOE), which makes doors for atomic plants and drones. “I’m disappointed by France’s decision to shut down a nuclear plant that could get an extension, and not replace old plants.”

The U.K. deal may ring in as much as 100 million euros for the company and also bring business for Redhall Group, a U.K firm in which Groupe Gorge has a 19 percent stake.

If the British nuclear program is re-launched and six to 10 reactors are built, “the U.K. will become our top export market in Europe,” Gorge said.
