WTF and who is the AH that sells 250 @ .111?? I guess the MMs. WTF, we'll end up nowhere again!!
Thanx Ray for the post.
PC
Here is something I posted elsewhere PC. Not the SEC but DTC or Depository Trust Company.
I don't think a work over will take longer than 3 months....but not sure how long it will take. They may already be closer than expected. You don't spend huge money unless their is a prospect of making big money. $98M is no small change either. For them to spend that money in 2 years...things have to move pretty quick. Unplug Manavi and see if you can eliminate the water shows, and drill baby drill the other exploration wells.
I love how David explained the phases of a design win, and let us know we are in the late stages of the integration...which means a deal (phase)is close. Dave did a great job, as did Dennis and Harvey.
Chris had some outstanding questions and the answers were equally good IMO.
Erik....It will take some time, and I do think that Blake will eventually go public. If that happens and they buy into aditional leases, then Greyson capitalizes on everything they accomplish...with hands completely off. It is a no lose deal. Yes there were additional shares put on the market, but when we see the results....all valuations double or triple current share price. How is that a bad thing? While they rework Ninotsminda(edited)(6,000BPD) there will not be any production of course, but it is a very short term thing....as I said 3 months...maybe. Could we say 2-6 months? Then the next year and a half/3/4's for getting the other discoveries producing.
I asked for a time frame for the DTC eligibility, and Harvey later clarified that it should be 2-4 weeks.(not in our control) I have my original shares still in certificate form.
Erik,
Technically it was a CC or conference call.
<< how much is this lack of electronic certificate business holding back stock values or growth? affect values?>>
No one could possibly answer that, and it won't matter in a month and a half. If it has been holding Greyson back, we will know then. You certainly want to do this prior to any move to another exchange. All preporatory work and as stated, it is done as far as anything Greyson could do. I can tell you that I would own more shares if TDAmeritrade was willing to do what Scottrade is doing. I do not blame Ameritrade though. It costs them money to ship certificates.... not a problem if for instance...I as a Scottrade customer sold to another Scottrade customer. No expense for them. Crossing broker houses accrues the extra costs and they are in the business for simple transaction fees...$9.99. If there are more costs associated, they eat those costs. That problem is going to go poof soon.
<<2) can we get on NASDAC at our size etc easily? or are there other BIG steps />>
Not right now. There are qualifications....IE over a dollar a share maintained for some period of time. You can go to NASDAQ.com to see what those quals are. They wave many quals, as long as you stay above $1.
<<3) Harvey has a reputation for exaggeration are there really companies hot to cut a licensing deal or is this a long term pipe dream?>>
You will never make it as a PR type. :) Diplomacy. To answer the point, Harvey is not the only one saying a deal is coming. Listen to the last few words of David on the call. I listened to that part twice already as he and Dennis flowed well, and were interesting on the call....
<<Cosmetic co's make most of their money with advertising, pretty sales girls and packaging are they really lined up to add this to our product or is harvey going to have to go on TV to telemarket>>
Harvey does not have to market Trilexon to make a deal happen. Did you hear the part about exclusivity +1? That means that there is a possibility of a company, plus Greyson marketing Trilexon. What Greyson does is independent of what that company does. No guarantees of deal structure at this point, just a possibility.
<<4) I still don't see the oil adding much to GYSN bottom line for several years>>
The ones that do get it, will matter. As soon as Blake finishes reworking Norio,(the producing field) valuation for Greyson goes to .29 - .50+ That does not mean the market will see that valuation, but you as an investor would value it that way.
<<Unless blake one day goes public.>>
I would go public if I were them. That is probably the plan. Several ways to make that happen, but it is on them to see that through. Greyson has an entirely passive role in that investment. No time or money....just whatever benefit we get from how the market values their assets. That IS what insti's will do too. Greyson already is there, and has a head start, as it CAN be valued by anyone looking at GYSN. Rightfully so...if Greyson DID need money, you can bet that asset would be valued by any financier. We don't need money and shouldn't, come that first licensee.
Got in CLGX @ 20.16, now almost 27 in a month. But anyway Ray, couldn't get into the CC or the reply from here in Canada. Would like to to know in a nutshell what it was about, if you could help me out with a stickie, or something. Thanx, and I appreciate it. Talked with one of my contacts that spoke to Harvey, and I'm sure the CC had something to do with NASDAQ, and it was said that it's in the hands of the SEC. Looks like the news is promising, but I guess we'll still have to have patience. But I'd like to know more about licensing talk.
Talk Care My Friend,
PC
May GYSN have a better chart than CLGX. I don't know where you got in to that one...but it is looking great right now. That spike to .18 recently might be an intentional broadcast. Can't be considered a breakout yet, but it is showing some good signs.
We are here using golf claps. This is my biggest investment next to CLGX. We'll see after the CC tomorrow whether we jump with joy. Been let down before, but I have a positive vibe on this CC.
Cya in the funny papers tomorrow or Fri.
Peace
We are here... looking for a high volume buy day. I think it will come when they sell that first license. How close are they? I am staying tuned. This kind of move on low volume...... What will happen with vindication of a very large company jumping in?
CHA CHING COMING, WHERE IS EVERYONE
This is a setup on my watchlist with a high priority assigned to it. It's been winding and coiling up around the moving averages for a while now and there really isn't all too much resistance overhead. There's the peak from March, which would be a lovely trade from here if it hit that again, but I believe we could see GYSN clear that resistance and head for a blue sky breakout. The volume has been ramping up as of late, so I'm watching for a potential trigger on a break of .15, then I think it's off to the races.
http://ichartpennystocks.com/forum/otc-otcbb-pink-sheets-and-over-the-counter-bulletin-boards/gysn-greyson-intl-inc-pink-sheets/
Hey Ray, good volumes today on the eve, or close to it on the CC come the 20th. I look forward to good news, and hope Harv will bring forward things I have been hoping for. But just like you, keeping an open mind and not getting jacked up on anything!! Take care, and hope we can trade some posts post CC. ;)
Peace,
PC
Then the only question is, what great means. :) Seriously, I have always thought Trilexon was huge, and we just needed the right events to make it happen. By the silence of those that (I think) know what is going on, we are very close. If we see institutions buying over night, then Katie bar the door. Harvey has great contacts and I think that is one of the ducks that have been waiting for the right news. A duck that is already in a row. Harvey has been there and done it, so he knows how to align things. I wonder how prepared we are to move to a better exchange. I know Harvey says the brokers accepting shares is not going to be a problem anywhere. Could this be our time? Maybe I should be wondering how much product we have to deliver once the ball gets rolling. I hope I am not thinking too big. Don't wanna think too small or big. I wonder what Harvey would say to that....I think I know :)
Always good to hear from you PC. I want to get excited...no ecstatic, but it has been so long, I am reining myself in. Whoa there.
Hey Ray, or Jim. Found out a bunch of stuff. We are on the same page with what Harvey is doing, and know that you do have the inside track to the potentials. Anyway, between you and Harv, and me and my contacts, this 20th PR looks promising. So going forward, I look to see some great news!!
THE PC
Hmmm. He was there maybe 6 weeks ago too. I think it should be beyond trialing Trilexon in their products. Harvey stated;
"We are very confident that this patent will support us in moving forward with marketing and licensing agreements wherever active ingredients are needed."
I talked to Harvey after the patent PR and he again would not give a time frame...how could you, but maybe something happened that is PR worthy in itself. We shall see.
Hey Ray, this might be related to Harvey's visit to NYC last week. I'm hoping either IPO on NASDAQ news, or securing potential companies to trial Trilexon in their products. I feel we are finally going places ;) Up Up Up!
Peace
MND, not Conocco. Watershed events are a good thing.
Just wait and see something is going wrong again sounds like when watersheds and ramifications to me anyway. Saw where Conoco bought into the oil company with Blake.
What changes? Patent is in hand in 8 calender days, which means it is closed to changes. In fact there can be no changes since the notice of allowance was granted. I see 390 PTA changes. That is not changes to patent. The PTO had to be clear on that many points.
Ramifications and on going changes to patent doesn't sound to promising to me.
Greyson International, Inc. Announces Investor Conference Call on September 20, 2012
COCONUT CREEK, Fla., Sep 10, 2012 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Greyson International, Inc. GYSN +4.35% announced today that it has scheduled an investor conference call for September 20, 2012 at 4:15 pm EDT. Greyson will be providing updates on its ongoing Trilexon(R) licensing actions and product sales expectations. Greyson will also discuss its oil asset and ramifications for the company. Conference call specifics will be announced at a later date.
Greyson International CEO Harvey Tauman, "There have been recent, game changing, watershed developments for Greyson in both its Trilexon(R) licensing and product sales potential as well as with its oil asset."
I didn't put it here. Sorry Red. That is dilution. It was the owners of Blake oil that had to fund something over and above what the producing well or wells were providing. I am not privy to what that is as Blake isn't public. But the owners got more shares VERY recently of Blake oil which diluted the percentage of GYSN's percentage. Same as with any stock. When more shares are put on the market, then the percentage of shares you own in the company decreases. That is what happened. Harvey didn't do anything wrong at all. The 5% was what he negotiated 2 years ago or so. Since then it went to 4.73, and now it is 3%. Harvey must have just learned that it was 3% ownership, because I talked to him yesterday(volume was way higher than average daily volume and I got excited) and was told 3.5%. Might mean that they(Blake) needed money to close the deal or pay for expenses. You know lawyers don't come cheap. I suppose Harvey put it(the PR) through Blake Oil and they corrected the information.
Rayo ... 3% ... plaaaaeeesssse? I thought it was 5% .... where did the other 2% go bud? Harvey's pocket?

Thanx Ray & Red, now I got it, but I did read about Blake Oil as soon as Ray mentioned it. Just had a hunch that is what he/you were referring too. Maybe these are the loose ends that need to be taken care of, and why the SEC has been there, for the financials?? Who knows, but the wait will pay off in the end. I know we're sittin' pretty!! :)

I see my bud Red answered your question. I assume folks know what is going on sometimes. Sorry. I was involved when HArvey and other shareholders of Canargo (now Blake Oil and Gas), went after their position in Blake. So I was aware of much more than most. I suspected Harvey might be thinking of merging that position into GYSN, but thought.....why would he do that? Turns out he did. Looks good.
GYSN may be worth investing a nickel or two, imo...

Czech oil firm MND buys into Georgian licences
Tue Aug 14, 2012 10:18am GMT
PRAGUE Aug 14 (Reuters) - Czech oil company MND has bought 50 percent stakes in three oil exploration companies in Georgia from Blake Oil and Gas, a private company focusing on gas exploration in the former Soviet country.
MND did not disclose how much it was paying for the stakes in Ninotsminda Oil, Canagro and Canagro Norio, which have exploration and production licences for three areas in Georgia, but it said its investment in the deal should exceed 2 billion crowns ($98 million) over the next three years.
In the event of further oil discoveries, MND plans to invest 38 billion crowns in the venture over the following seven years, it said. ($1=20.3331 Czech crowns) (Reporting by Jana Mlcochova; Editing by Greg Mahlich)

That means they put in 8,000,000,000 for 50% we own 5% of the other half or 40 million that is 40 cents and we can assume the czech's expect a return of at least 300% which at a minimum is 1.20 for GYSN <<<
git'er done and let 'er run ...

PC, check out the links in this post and they will give you some background on Blake Oil. Blake acquired the assets of the old Canargo Energy. I think Harvey and others on the IV board were invested in Canargo, imo.

Take care,
Red
Sorry to sound stupid Ray, but who is Blake? I'm not getting my info from the inside, if that is what you are referring to?

How long do you think before we hear GYSN is connected to Blake?
.....and then some.
Thanx Red, and more patience my friend. I always liked this c/p that you posted b4,

EWAG calculation of value for a 5% ownership inerest in a 1 billion barrrel oil company, imo.
1 billion barrels recoverable using 5% interest gives GYSN ownership in 50 millon barrels. At $10 net per barrel to GYSN ($100 less expenses/taxes/fees) = $ 500 million/ 80 million shares OS = $6.25 per share value ...
1 billion barrels recoverable using 5% interest gives GYSN ownership in 50 millon barrels. At $20 net per barrel ($100 less expenses/taxes/fees) = $ 500 million/ 80 million shares OS = $13.50+ per share value ...
The variable we don't know right now is current cash flow from the properties.
Ad the assets into this company and add a muliple and I sy booooooooooooo yaaaaaaaaaaah !!!
git 'er done and let 'er run !!!

With the patent, these figures, and NASDAQ, it could look like we could go from eating SPAM to Black Angus, lol. Take care and PEACE!!
PC
PC, until Harvey ACTUALLY delivers on his vision, most investors will sit on the sidelines and watch the damage control dry, as evidenced by the lack of trades and the lack of interest in GYSN ownership.
I've been invested and still have Damage Control certs, unfortunately many got nickel and dime shares, I paid more.
Shame on me, but best to all, best of luck champ!
Red
Just an fyi, that 7750 sell was actually a buy by me, along with the 10000. Still waiting for the other 2250, which I guess I will only get a partial fill. Makes it hard to figure out the actual real buys and the real sells *scratching head, lol.
Yes Ray, I already knew about the NASDAQ, but didn't want to let it out of the bag. I feel it's a good move, but only once the product is being used by a few companies. So up, up, up :) Patience is still the key, and buying more shares while still in the bag.
GLTUA
I am watching like a hawk. I do think you are right. Harvey PM'ed that there are plans to be on NASDAQ. It sounds ridiculous.....but as always I am inclined to agree with him. There is too much pending...and I think close, to being a material reality. He says he likes where we are right now. I did call him and he is excited.(as always and he should be) He wanted to tell me that the things being talked about, will be solved by going to a different exchange. I would like to see TDAmeritrade not except trades on the NASDAQ. That should peak interest, but someone somewhere is going to think I am nutz.... not this time.
Here we go!! Now with the patent and the oil & gas acquisition, and the other pending news, life will be grand!! Buy, Buy, Buy, and go looooong, do for now bye-bye :)
Yes Ray, but we still have to go longer after the shares go past .50. Patience, as you know, will pay off handsomely.
Peace :)
You go PC! You must be pretty confident. Whats another 6 month wait? I have had my shares so long, I feel like this was my patent win. :)
Love swooping under the radar, like a stealth fighter!! to grab more shares, lol.
Bought another 15k, sweeeeeeeeeeet!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome patent news!! Finally, after how long we have waited. But keep in mind, there will be another surprise later down the road. So I suggest you keep your shares, and buy more if you can afford it, and go longgggggggggggggggggg!! Well it's time again to buy more shares b4 this gets out ;)
Thanx Ray, and lmk, or us? when it has it's patent. If I find something out, I'll post. Well off to buy some more shares of GYSN, since the markets are disgusting today, so I guess I'll have a few beers earlier than usuaul today, lol.
Looks like the Patent approval is in the mail. No buys or sells as a result. Maybe they wait for a PR.
All I'll say, is when the company clears it's debt, Harvey will have an announcement about the direction of the company. Will take a little patience, but we've waited this long!! My position still is long, even after patent announcement, and buying more share now while they are dirt cheap. Well my friend, time to buy those shares. Hopefully get them .12.
Take Care
PC
You think they are going to announce some kind of deal? That would be too awesome. It might be why Harvey has been so quiet. I guess there are other things to announce. But anything awaiting a patent announcement, would seem to be a deal of some sort.
Sorry, but not that either, though that would some more great news as well!!
From your mouth to Gods ear. We will see if we get some news on the oil front, that has been expected.
Other news as well will be forthcoming, that will make us PATIENT investors very happy, and finally, some money!! But, can't let the cat out of the bag yet ;) If you know what I mean ;)
