Looks like someone on the InvestorVillage GYSN board may have an idea as to the identitiy of our 5% investment in an oil and gas company. The GYSN CEO said he could not reveal any details at this time because of non-disclosure agreements.

Obviously this is detective work based on a leak/rumor but this could end up being HUGE, imo.

rayo that is huge, now I hope they 8K the deal and provide some details regarding cash flow. If they can produce certified reserve numbers and cash flow numbers then analysts can place a PE and true value on this stock.

1 billion barrels recoverable using 5% interest gives GYSN ownership in 50 millon barrels. At $10 net per barrel to GYSN ($100 less expenses/taxes/fees) = $ 500 million/ 80 million shares OS = $6.25 per share value ...

1 billion barrels recoverable using 5% interest gives GYSN ownership in 50 millon barrels. At $20 net per barrel ($100 less expenses/taxes/fees) = $ 500 million/ 80 million shares OS = $13.50+ per share value ...

The variable we don't know right now is current cash flow from the properties.

Greyson International, Inc. (GYSN.PK) announced today that it has completed the purchase of a private entity which has a significant interest in an oil and gas company.

According to Greyson International CEO Harvey Tauman, “This acquisition will provide great value to our shareholders. Through this acquisition, we will now own nearly 5% of an oil company with property that has been reported to have potential of billions of barrels of oil according to industry experts.

“Greyson will not be an operator in the business. This was done solely for investment purposes in a cash flow positive business with huge potential,” added Tauman.

Further terms were not disclosed. Greyson International, Inc will make more information public as it becomes available.

Greyson International, Inc. will host a shareholder update conference call for all interested parties on Tuesday, March 13, 2012, at 4:10 p.m. EDT to discuss recent business developments including the recently announced purchase, for investment, of a private entity which has a significant interest in an oil and gas company.

I don't know why Harvey would produce a PR and then announce a conference call, all of the sudden, if he doesn't have something important to say.

I just hope we get some news to lift the share price but that will not happen unless Harvey produces concrete numbers of asset value and any cash flow so investors will be able to calculate the true value of the merger. Only then will the stock move up and sustain a stable stock price based on FACTS not dreams or speculation.

At this point it's all up to Harvey ... I hope the deal is truly done and the deal is accretive for all our sakes.

The CC is on next Tuesday after the bell so it had better close or the CEO is going to have some explaining to do and the stock price will CRATER !! The stock is up 90% in a week or so it could go right back to .02 with a bad call, imo.

I have been in Greyson since the Damage Control merger and I had to reduce my holdings in GYSN and several other companies. I still hold a few shares hoping Harvey would git 'er done.

I know Harvey was invested in some other oil and gas plays that I held at one time so he is no stranger to the oil and gas business. Hopefully this pays off for loyal GYSN shareholders as it has been a LONG wait.

If Harvey can give us some specifics as to the corporate structure and the added value to the company and a soild prediction of the share price based on the oil/gas asset the stock price will rise. If he talks in generalities and blows smoke the price will drop back in the low cents.

Hopefully this deal is complete and accreative ... now. GLTA.

I think real news is a given. If Harvey says this is anti-dilutive, then I am sure it is. The only thing that remains is the details. I think it is going to be big....everything says it is at least. I only say that because I know what they were shooting for prior to bad news for the company these guys took over. If you corner me, I say these guys are already pumping oil. Hard to quit pumping if that is the case. I am going on some of what I know and some of what I think..... It looks good.

This company has been languishing for years ... they may need a cash infusion to stay afloat?

It's probably better to hear what the CEO has to say before risking capital don't cha think? Very few follow this stock so there is probably time to get in after the call ... if the call is lame the stock goes back to a few pennies ..... jmho ... very risky play here based on the alleged buyout. Again just my opinion based on past history ... p-n-d?

I hope good news is coming soon. The price has been inching up a bit at a time with increased volume, and that is a good thing, IMO. I think we should be getting pretty close to some deals, maybe the next month or two? The kind of licensing deals Harvey is working on takes plenty of time. The company doing the evaluation has to go through an extensive battery of tests to prove Trilexon's viability and compatibility in the various products they propose to use it in. Plus, if it is not directly compatible, some development work would be needed to adapt to the addition of Trilexon. All of that takes time, more time, IMO, than most people know.

Harvey's done licensing deals before, and I trust him to do it again.
