Greyson International, Inc. Makes Acquisition to Further Bolster Company Assets

COCONUT CREEK, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Greyson International, Inc. (GYSN.PK) announced today that it has purchased, for investment, a private entity which has a significant interest in an oil and gas company. The acquisition is subject to final terms and conditions.

“We believe this acquisition will further bolster our assets and give us the financial ability to achieve our goals with Trilexon® for use in industries including cosmetics, medical, veterinary, etc., ” said Greyson International CEO Harvey Tauman.

Anybody know if these terms and conditions have been met? There is no 8K or other filing to indicate that the deal has closed. The CC is on next Tuesday after the bell so it had better close or the CEO is going to have some explaining to do and the stock price will CRATER !! The stock is up 90% in a week or so it could go right back to .02 with a bad call, imo.

Hoping for the best but trying to be realistic and look at the facts. GLTA
