Where did you find that revenue was 40k monthly ? Not denying it i just haven't seen that yet. I saw the last quarterly report had 37k in revenue total...and that was for period ending June so it should have had Share Rails in it. If they are in fact getting 40k monthly from that acquisition then there current market cap is pretty much what it should be even if this new acquisition does go through. so worst case this should be pretty much the bottom?

Think you are confused on how the stock market works? They voted on it. Anyone who's been around for anytime knows that's a big difference compared to actually following through with it. Could have been done as a safeguard to a hostile takeover, or as a safety net if they needed it this year. But that was voted on at the beginning of the year so why would they use it now that they are about to close this deal? Exactly... They wouldn't.
