No news yet on a shareholder conference call. In their statement they indicated that they would attempt to hold the conference call within 45 days. That date is Monday 9/28. They are cutting it close to send out information on the call. I am hoping that they don't simply let the date go by.

If you have not read the latest couple of news reports from Greenway, it would be worth the time. They entered into an agreement with the University of Texas at Arlington on patient rights for some of their technology. I know that they have set up a research lab at UTA and that in last year's shareholder meeting they stated that the professors at UTA have improved the efficiency of their system by 20-30%. I suspect that this improvement was related to the patient agreement that they now have with the university. The second note that was worth reading was contained in the latest news release regarding the delay in the annual shareholders meeting. I believe it was near the end of that note that they stated that they plan to hold a shareholder conference call within 45 days of their 10Q submission, which took place on August 14th. In the three years that I have held their stock, I don't recall the company ever holding a conference call. Companies generally don't hold such calls unless they have important (major) news to announce. I am cautiously optimistic that they may have finely turned the corner.

I really think the tech is going to be a major development for oil n gas. If greenway or cycle (xfls) can get this tech developed and out on the market they will be industry leaders. I honestly thing the two should do a JV. Cycle has the wells to test it on as well as a mobile pilot system almost ready to go.

There has just been so much silence and not much interest for so long most followers have moved on. I still have hope and faith in the company and their product but just no new updates right now to talk about or get excited over. Glad you are here though !

anyone still here? im really interested in the tech as someone in the oilfield. was looking at xfls with very similar tech. companies should match up with eachother and help complete their projects. xfls just purchased wells in TX, it would be a great opportunity for both to put this tech to use.

Over a million shares traded today. Any idea as to why? The latest press release indicates that the company will be putting out a 10Q this Friday (if I remember correctly) which should be followed by the shareholder's meeting. Hope to hear some good news.

I do too! But if gwti think they are the only ones capable of producing this technology then they are nuts. There are lots of smart folks out there. I hope they can get it together soon and be the leader.

I believe in Greenway’s GTL technology. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. I’ve spoke to the scientist/engineers that developed it. It is the future of ecofriendly fuel production. I’m very optimistic that we will eventually see it produced and distributed globally, because it is far too great of a product to sit on a shelf.

This is just an observation, but the companies that attract money (investment) are those whose management publicly exhibits enthusiasm for the company and its products. I expect that those who are willing to risk capital would likely look for those very same traits when evaluating a company. Perhaps they are quiet because they are working with either investors, sales, or a buyout, and cannot disclose. Though, it has been a remarkably long period of silence.

Looking at the transactions lately, it appears that someone has grown weary of waiting as large numbers of shares have been sold at very low prices (Less than 4 cents)

I believe we are over due for the annual shareholder meeting. Perhaps something will be announced then. (last annual shareholders meeting was June 2019)

I agree. I believe that this product could change the world but the enthusiasm from the company seems to lacking. I hope that they're keeping things close to chest out of abundant caution and that things are heading towards profit.

You seem to be correct. They have a great idea and plan but posting updates or giving folks any news at all is non-existent. We would like to know something ...even if mgt thinks it’s not exciting!

I believe the problem this company is suffering is from poor management. The management is old and fearful. They don't publish regular updates on the company's progress, even the small items, such as the comments regarding the improved efficiency the professors at UTA mentioned. It was mentioned in the company's last public meeting, but not published.

Related to this, one can't help but wonder about their CFO. He does not appear to be the least bit interested in doing his job. Why would a company not publish its quarterly report on time when the past quarter had little activity?

Little to no enthusiasm on the part of that group. Sad.

Definitely worth the wait in my opinion. This technology will benefit people and the planet. Just imagine a third word country gaining access to their own resources, revenue generation, electricity, and clean water.
It's the ultimate in utilization of wasted (flared or vented) natural gas.

Just takes one partnership to put the G-Reformer into the certification stage and then it's off to the races. Hopefully that will happen this month or next! The planet needs Greenway... It just doesn't know it yet!

The us converting it to liquid and shipping it overseas? Anyone heard about this ? Is this good or terrible for Gwti I wonder ?
