This is just an observation, but the companies that attract money (investment) are those whose management publicly exhibits enthusiasm for the company and its products. I expect that those who are willing to risk capital would likely look for those very same traits when evaluating a company. Perhaps they are quiet because they are working with either investors, sales, or a buyout, and cannot disclose. Though, it has been a remarkably long period of silence.

Looking at the transactions lately, it appears that someone has grown weary of waiting as large numbers of shares have been sold at very low prices (Less than 4 cents)

I believe we are over due for the annual shareholder meeting. Perhaps something will be announced then. (last annual shareholders meeting was June 2019)
