This SUPER scam has not been trading since the century reverse split of 1 for 1 MILLION...LOL Keith Dressel has overdone it with lining his pockets eh...The crook should know that what goes around will one day come around...guess ADND will not be trading for a while..ALL on IHUB know that this is just the worst printing machine on IHUB....whenever Keith Dressel name shows up somewhere he will get his due...he probably has stolen enough funds to retire anyhow...!! keep an eye on that name...!!!

Well.... that's just the point of the pinksheets itself. The pinksheets are not even a market - they are just a centralized location for quotes that are substandard to "real markets". Basically this is the bush leagues. These flamingo's are not required to file with the SEC, and often does not have to answer to the NASD either - as in the case of ADND, since it is unsolicited. This is the wild west, and why we love it so. We create our own "law" through word of mouth and great hardnosed DD.

Now, from time to time we do see the SEC step in and take action, but that is pretty much only when it's absolutely necessary. They tend to appear when we see huge imbalances (BHUB), corporate spam (IPKL), or gross inaccuracies in the PR's (CSHD).

Anyway, I got caught in the r/s just like you guys did. I was totally caught by surprise on this one, so I do wonder what may be up his sleeve, since the o/s was still very low for a r/s. I figure best case scenario this is a reorganization for a r/m, and worst case scenario this is a reorganization for the dumping of more shares - with the latter being most likely. I am probably not going to hold 'em real long, but I am curious at this point to see what the first PR is going to look like.

That's the part I don't understand. A 10,000 to 1 r/s in Feb. 2007 followed by a 1:100 r/s 7 months later. The accumulative effect is the same as a 1:1,000,000 r/a (for every million shares held before the Feb. r/s you now hold 1 share--how can that be considered good for investors?). Something is very wrong here.

We moved to the Philippines in 2005 and I sold all my property. I usually used H & R Block but they aren't available here and even TurboTax won't work from overseas. Because of that, I ended up having to do my taxes myself with trying to figure out how to report all the real estate transactions plus retirement stuff etc. My overdue taxes are only $1,050 but they have added another $1,500 in interest and penalties (those two total about 75%/year). They are penalizing me for not including 4 different 1099-R forms. Problem is that I didn't receive the forms and don't even know what they relate to. At the same time, I am trying to get my first social security retirement check and it will be 6 months when it finally arrives (if nothing else goes wrong between now and then--my bank goofed apparently). I feel like telling the social security that they owe me 75% in interest and penalties but I would probably never see anything if I do that.

All a crooked company has to do is r/s every so once in awhile and all tracks are erased. Press releases are gone and the company is free to begin again with a clean slate. Amazing to me.

If you owned 10 million shares at the start of the year you now own 5 shares. How could any regulatory agency approve of that? Certainly no way to protect investor concerns with that kind of activity.

You would think he would put some kind of letter to investors up. Maybe something explaining why they are F^^&*'ing the investors so bad! If they are doing it for the long run good of the company tell us? I just do not see how saying nothing can help the company. It is just going to get bashed by us. Back-to-back reverse splits on Adrenaline Nation (presently ADNN) have totally wiped out shareholder's investments. A 1:10,000 r/s followed a few months later with a 1:200 r/s has the overall effect of totally wiping out everyone's holding in the company. Spread the word. Don't ever buy a stock where this guy is connected. He belongs in prison.

Ok, I’ll give you the comment that you request. First, I find no confirmation of this post suggesting an R/S of Adrenaline Nation anywhere. It’s probably a childish hoax.

Second, if is true or were true, then you're one of the primary reasons that this happened and EVERYONE can thank you personally for the great loss of revenue in the past 5 months or so and subsequently for this current outcome. Of course, that’s just music to your ears and something that you are (I’m certain) quite proud of. --- Pitiful.----

That's my comment to the board and I happen to know that last comment is the truth.

At this point with the pps as it is there are few options that a CEO has in the financial management of a corporation. A R/S will cause investor suffering at this point unless the value of the stock begins to climb soon after the R/S. It’s possible but not likely given the pack of Barracudas that are already in the water.

Keith would not be doing this (if this not a childish hoax) unless he intended to now make a new run toward the success of Adrenaline Nation. I for one will be pleased to see the company coming alive after so many months of inactivity. Keith has had things going on in the background, which he didn't talk about publicly and I was willing to sit pretty quietly and wait because the upside potential was great in what Adrenaline might become.
