KK has slowly bled GERS to death, and is just about done with Riss and PVSP. LODE is a laughingstock with that stupid hash oil machine, and they are going down as well. Bled to death, that is.
Always appreciate your input regarding GERS.
The way law works in this country we'll all be dead by the time this could all be put through the courts again. In the meantime though, maybe greenstuff can get something done with LODE or my favorite, WEED...
It is hard to have faith in the stock market, the government , and just about every thing else except WEED...
(and chocolate donuts, potato chips, and UFO's... Aliens also love WEED!)

Don't be discouraged by a few corrupt judges and crooked lawyers.
The 2003 spin test in the gyro didn't practice the methods. (Plumtree) The USPTO agrees.
Cantrell didn't know if it would work for it's intended purpose until it was tested (confidentially) under actual conditions. He felt the need for additional testing since the gyro had much higher G forces than the testing partners centrifuge.
Agri-Energy began the 2004 test by centrifuging thin stillage, not syrup. Continued testing was the first time oil was extracted from syrup with a centrifuge without plugging.
Oil seperation in a test tube from a high speed gyro didn't practice the methods by any means.
Barlage was all over the place, suggesting in plant testing to determine the best methods.
Cantrell and Winsness knew about the on sale bar in 2004 and would've filed if they thought it was an issue. But they were still testing and refining the methods.
Cantrell offered AgriEnergy the first system for their assistance. Assistance in what? Not their assistance in a sale, but assistance in testing to prove it would work for it's intended purpose in an actual ethanol plant.
It’s you that likes to stir the pot by making up these phony stories. A market maker, with nothing better to do, making a trade just because? Laughable…
It's just a market maker making life miserable for everybody. Because that's what they do.
What explains a late-in-session, Friday afternoon sale of $144 of GERS ? Does it help someone with a short position ? Is it desperation for a $144 ? Can someone help me ?
That's cool. For me my blood pressure used to be 200 over 100. Tried two heart meds. They controlled the pressure but one caused gout and the other, extreme itching.
Now that I embrace THC my pressure is 123/ 79 and I no longer need meds. I'm convinced (speaking only for myself) that THC is utterly fantastic.
GERS however, can cause anyones blood pressure to soar.
LOL the stuff out there is likely so much better than what I smoked on the '70s and '80's that if I toked now I would never come down again.
Correction 2-PVSP....geez
Correction: RVSP. Don't need pot to have mind fuzz.
I already own a bunch of RSVP . They are way down with reasonable upside potential. If/when I get more shares from KK, I will likely hold for more legalization and Artisan growth in products and geography. I don't use pot. I would for medical purposes if needed, but am not a fan of excessive, compulsive use for recreational purposes. Living in an altered state is not a good idea IMHO. Getting buzzed on Friday night at home is okay.
Cheers
If KK gives you some shares of PVSP are you going to immediately sell or wait for a potential high, or paranoid loss?
My mind is plenty muddled as is. I'll take the stock.
Agreed.
It will probably drag on and on for more years though as it winds through the legal system. And just imagine what would have happened for the company if the company handled the patents differently at the beginning those many years ago.
So, I'll take weed stock from the company over news of the ever eternal legal mud puddle. In fact, I'll just take weed.
The insurance company's complaint is extremely damning for Kantor and bullish for GERS.
even if the insurance is not there to collect.
The WEED connection is not insignificant. I was not expecting to own weed , nor were
GM/Ford shareholders expecting to own EV's.
Life just happens.
Cheers.

All well and good for the gears running the world. Amazing shares still trading. Amazing how easy to keep shares in this company for over 14 years. Love. Hate.Bizarre.
What's next? Ah, who cares. Maybe this, maybe that. Maybe, maybe, maybe... Thankfully there is ice cream.
Curious to see how the PVSP connection with GERS goes.
Strange world indeed.
Thanks for your reply. I’ve made it well through the COVID period, though financially it all was better before. But so was before the war in the Ukrainien. But no complaints here.
Nice to hear there’s still some hope around here. But I guess indeed even misery can be addictive LOL.
Ever heard of that BS of a Harry again?
Noticed it was still trading indeed, still better then nothing like with Bitzio
Good to hear from you. Hope COVID did not visit your abode. As for me, I love a never ending mystery. Looks like the Skunk has given up the journey. With what is "known" it is curious why there is any trading activity. Yet, if you download my link you will see that KK and GERS have been actively engaged in the latest chapter of the mystery (May 2023). KK has apparently not given up; so I keep waiting for the next installment.
Just checking in..how is it going? Still holding on?
This is the best summary of this "affair". Must reading for any GersLander.

It gets easier and easier to hate Greenshit. Fuck this shit.
The "fat lady"( ( weight challenged?) is about to sing, IMHO. Bitcoin/crypto price is a head fake, IMHO. There will be much market turmoil over upcoming debt refinancing troubles for many, many entities. Will KK be able to take us to the promised land before many of the wheels come off in the marketplace ? Just wondering. Cheers.
The "leaking" is a result of terminal "weariness" and some much nicer alternatives.
Cheers.
Ouch...
GERS, PVSP, LODE. Common denominator is KK.
Logical side of the mind says, "RUN!"
Dreamer side is pleased with the, "What if?"
Nice to see Winsness doing well at comstock.

Well, I don't think anyone would mind those 3 dollars a share.
Rough math. GERS owes 19 million and has 20,060,334 million common shares. If it wins the 100million - 19 million = 81 million, which if divided by 20, 060,334 shares = $4.03 per share which mean with my vast holdings of GERS and considering KK owns 89% of the company with his series G then after paying KK the dividends of a settlement, my dividend would come to $3.12 total for 81,000 shares... BUT with news like that (IF it ever happened) would most likely influence the stock price for the common peons like us and I'd laugh my ass off if I recovered even %5 of my investment in GERS through all those wonderful years of stock splits and nightmares.
Thank goodness for Artizen weed... Puffing and waiting to see how PVSP and LODE come into play in this merry game of investing with KK.
And, thanks for the DD. Makes life a bit more interesting.
GERS $100,000,000 Malpractice Suit Against C&C...
The Georgia Supreme Court agrees with GERS and the lower court. Connecticut is the proper venue for arbitration. I believe C&C attempted to keep it in Georgia due to the statute of limitations. They failed. Arbitration is moving forward in Connecticut.
Financials Updated 5-1-23...
I've been looking for updated financials and here they are. As KK stated, updated financials are required in order for shareholders to receive the Artizen distribution.

GERS Shareholders Get Artizen, PVSP And C&C...
The Artizen spinoff is the transaction KK was referring to when he said GERS shareholders will be issued new shares. KK's series K (19% of 85MM) should translate onto 16,150,000 shares of Artizen and 3.8% of PVSP'S fully diluted share count (19% of 20%). Not to mention the very promising malpractice case against Cantor & Colburn.

I'm including New Leaf Enterprises because there's good reason to believe ZEN Asset Management is the buyer. The purchase was recently approved by Washington regulators.

ballot123,
I guess we kind of got a reply from Kevin. At least we know they have not given up on going after C&C. I for one am VERY happy about that. I put a huge share of the blame for this debacle on them.
Thank you Kevin, for staying after this.

C and C's mistakes really damaged GERS and its shareholders.I'm sure they know how to delay justice much better than they were able to effectively represent our Intellectual property rights.
Ironic that this claim is a potential material asset moving forward. Something I've not been counting on whatsoever. Still waiting for KK to throw some liquidity our way. How many are in the shareholder "club" now ? Less than 100 ?
The Georgia Supreme Court Denies C&C's Appeal...
A big win for GERS shareholders!
Cantor & Colburn appealed to The George Supreme Court. The writ was unanimously denied by all the Justice's. This appeal was part of the delay tactics KK was referring to.

Without a time stamp of holders of record, I’m not looking forward to a disbursement of shares from a “ new business “. GLTA
