Agreed.
It will probably drag on and on for more years though as it winds through the legal system. And just imagine what would have happened for the company if the company handled the patents differently at the beginning those many years ago.
So, I'll take weed stock from the company over news of the ever eternal legal mud puddle. In fact, I'll just take weed.
