Chiang's other recent play XH_UA just filed its 8k announcing new CEO. Shares traded up over 20% today.

$GRNL should have a similar 8k filed any day now. Things are going to get very interesting!

Chiang filed an amendment last week on 4/29/2019 per NVSOS website (Link) This is the same thing he did with Pharmos a week before filing the 8k and updating OTCM profile. Means he's one step closer to completing the reverse merger...can't believe this went unnoticed by the market.

GRNL is currently the most undervalued by market cap compared to Chiang's other plays. Next closest is CN_HC and PA_RS with $1.2mil and $1.5MIl respectively.

And GRNL is the Crown Jewel of Richard Chiang's shell chest: best SS by far, plenty of unused AS for new company to utilize without need for r/s, and GRNL has virtually no bad debts/liabilities compared to the others that are many millions in the hole from previous management.

Typically abandoned shells are very dirty with old liabilities and pending lawsuits/SEC complaints, etc. but grnl is cleaner than a nun's police record, and will sell much faster than his other shells and perhaps to a better merging company.

Things are starting to get active with traders speculating before the 8-k filing. Anyone who knows Chiang as a custodian knows that almost like clockwork he reinstates the company with the NVSOS first, then files an 8-k and updates the OTCM page, and then comes the reverse merger with new company.

Everyone knows the 8-k gets a nice pop from the traders who monitor SEC's Edgar database/OTCM's disclosure section, and that's why things are starting to heat up. First the spread tightens, eventually people start to buy then the volume attracts more traders and we move Up. And once the R/M is announced...it's in another stratosphere.

Plenty of upside from here.Patience is key but 8k filing should come any day now. Last chance to get the sub $1mil market cap shares.

$GRNL currently has a market cap of only $336,563.
Conservatively, GRNL is a 4-bagger from here--at least!
Not to mention GRNL is a much cleaner shell than all the above mentioned tickers, with a much better SS that won't result in a r/s or need an AS increase to fund the new operating company.

IMHO $GRNL is the Crown Jewel of Richard Chiang's custodianship shells and will be the easiest for him to sell to an operating company.

I’m waiting for dollars honestly, but I can afford to be patient.
A $1 pps gives us a $2.5 mil market cap which most successful reverse mergers trade around $5mil-$10mil++ in market cap, depending on the particular merging company. This will take 2-4months roughly imho, but that’s my plan.

There’s nothing wrong with flipping if that’s your thing, however
I bought CN_HC @.0026 around hearing time, then a month later sold at .01...couple months later it hit .08 and now it sits around .02 pps; not mad with my return but realize that to max profits with custodianships (if you trust the custodian) you need to be patient and let things develop, which is what I plan on doing here. We haven’t even been reinstated yet and that’s just step 1 haha. Glta!

Thank you. I do like the idea of the RM play, especially into a low floater like this. My question was more around how is the SS affected through the RM. I assume the new company has to get an allocation and that the SS has to be increased somewhat to do that. I have not seen or followed a stock that has gone through a RM.

Previously $GRNL was a development-stage company; the company's business model failed to generate any rev/earnings, and was subsequently abandoned by it's management around ~2013/2014.
However, the company had very little debt on its balance sheet and almost right before it was abandoned the company completed a reverse split. Hence, why it has such a great SS and low-float today. The combination of these two aspects made it very appealing to a shell broker/reverse merger consultant.

On Feb 21, 2019, Richard Chiang (dba Corporate Compliance, LLC) applied for custodianship of the company in a Nevada court. His intentions are to: reinstate the company's charter, pay back all fees owed by the company to the state, pay the TA past due fees, and add value to GRNL by means of a reverse merger transaction--where a formerly private company merges with the newly cleaned up shell, and becomes the surviving entity associated with the stock.

The court hearing was on April 11, 2019 and the order was Granted.

What usually follows is: reinstatement on NVSOS page, filing of an 8-k announcing that Chiang is now running the company, he cleans up the shell and then finds a suitable business to merge into it. Chiang has previously done this exact same thing with:
$DE_VM (formerly LC_TZ before the merger) where he merged a real estate development company with the newly clean shell.
$CN_HC where he has already cleaned up the shell, and supposedly--the rumor is--he's identified the merger candidate and is nearing completion of the deal.

Basically, what happens in all these custodianship/reverse merger deals is that a previously dormant or shell company (with no business opps., virtually no assets, etc.) merges with a legitimate company that's currently doing business as a private company, but now wants to become public. Therefore, a formerly worthless shell stock now becomes the stock of this new entity that is generating revenues, has a solid business plan, team of management, etc. And that's why the rapid PPS ensues if you check the charts of the two tickers mentioned above...the trick is: getting in before the deal becomes finalized, is reinstated with the SOS, etc. And Chiang moves quick.

Custodian has a solid track record for getting appointed as custodian, reinstating the company very quickly, getting the company current with filings, and merging the shell with a private company.
Look at his old custodianship plays:

DE_VM started out with a market cap of $125k before custodianship filing, now it sits around $7mil in market cap; the 'stop sign' was removed and now is Pink Current, and active with NVSOS.
...to put that in comparison, DE_VM was a super dirty shell with over $20million in bad debt on the books, and an OS of 51mil.

$GRNL has less that $270k in debt, and an OS of just 2.51mil. $GRNL's Market Cap is currently sitting at $150k...Chiang sells these shells for around 250k alone, so worst case scenario you're looking at a +66% gain. On the optimistic side, iff it reaches anywhere near $7mil in market cap like de_vm we're talking multiple dollars PPS.
chaing's other custodian $CN_HC currently has a mc of $1.25mil, which still puts us at a 10-Bagger from where we're at today...patience is key. grab the cheapies while they last!

Some are listed on the board "Shell Hijackings" however, the mod seems to have stopped updating the list as frequently as he used to, and it only mentions Chiang's first 2 or 3 custodianships from months ago..
he has a good history though, albeit brief: his first one fka LCTZ completed a reverse merger with DevMar Equities (now trades under ticker $DE_VM) and has been quite successful.

that shell started out at $125k in market cap before custodianship filing, went to $520k in market cap after successful hearing & reinstatement, reached a peak of $13.7mil in MC at announcement of R/M + SEC filing, and now sits around $7mil market cap which ain't bad if you got in at ~$520k at the time of reinstatement.


This LCTZ/DE_VM case seems to be the roadmap for chiang and his upcoming shells:
-Pays back all fees and turns the company 'active' status on NVSOS.
-Successfully completed R/M with a real business.
-Files with OTC to get Pink Current, and TA verified.
