Things are starting to get active with traders speculating before the 8-k filing. Anyone who knows Chiang as a custodian knows that almost like clockwork he reinstates the company with the NVSOS first, then files an 8-k and updates the OTCM page, and then comes the reverse merger with new company.

Everyone knows the 8-k gets a nice pop from the traders who monitor SEC's Edgar database/OTCM's disclosure section, and that's why things are starting to heat up. First the spread tightens, eventually people start to buy then the volume attracts more traders and we move Up. And once the R/M is announced...it's in another stratosphere.
