I agree. The DD here is solid. People just need to read it. IMO, being patient is the key. GDSM is NOT your typical get-in get-out in three days pinky. I've been holding shares 2 & 1/2 years and am not thinking of selling until we get to the .20 level. GLTA

If I were him, I wouldn't post either. He was upfront about everything and too many emotional and self serving junior high girls blamed, bashed and harassed him. People posted he was too involved, not involved enough, responsible for share price and on and on. On three different occasions the word liar was used by one poster.

He is better served behind the scenes for now, especially with the limited knowledge and reasoning ability of so many posters. JMO

GDSM is strong and growing. Whether people come along or not is irrelevant to its success.

That .012 gap open is a fluke on a worthless tap to manipulate...A normal open of .01 and todays close of .0082 would make it a hammer candle and bouncing off the 50DMA here...

Not to mention we seem to have made a nice pocket pivot move on the 60 Min. chart, a move typical before a run...GDSM has made this pattern before.

I don't necessarily think we need him to be honest, if this thing is legit, and we see the company actually making progress (website, filings etc.) then we are in the money, be patient and if you have some loose change, buy on the dips. :) I am ok with my position, don't need to buy more, I hate seeing it go really low even if it shoots "to da moon" because I feel like I am not maximizing my profits, but in the end, money is money.

Citrati, The most recent proof of what you just posted is the Annual filing... may I add ahead of the filing deadline for all reporting companies.

This filing is necessary for the company to go to the OTCBB and complete the uplisting as promised by management. Guess what???... management is proceeding as announced regardless of what the I-hub pumper and dumper groups try to do with this stock...

Some people just don't get it. This is not a typical I-hub pump and dump penny stock. This is a real company that does not dillute, does not reverse split, does not do paid promotions to pump their stock.

Eventually, the I-hub pump/dump crowd will not disappear, but what will happen instead is some of the pump and dump crowd will read the posts and realize that this company has substance..... some of those I-hub pump and dump crowd will slowly, one by one start to realize the DD on this and will begin to hold their shares... that is why the board marks are going so high... pretty soon the BM's will be above 1,000... and it will be because those that did the pump and dump will convert to longs.... its just a matter of time..

Once the pump and dump crowd starts being longs, the pps will start moving up with no retraces back down...

Exactly Volabe. I am very active there with that stock and my same theroy as I post there for the past 3 months holds true here. Sentiment turns as soon as we see a few Red days. Gloom and doom sets in. What people have to realize is that not everyday will be Green. People also have realize that after they buy in the pps may go down and to see Red on the 1st day you own it sucks! BUT, one has to keep their chin up and wait it out. As we saw today over there all it takes is a little volume and GDSM or any stock can turn around by double digit percents or higher. GDSM recently marched up from 0009 range to the 03 range. There was a reason for that. It was not a one day run only to crash. Rather it was a nice steady and sustained run that lasted 2 months plus. That signifies a stock with strength. GDSM has the strength/potential to easily hit the levels we recently saw. Give it time. Don't worry about the daily dips and a Red day here and there. Look back in say 3 weeks and that will tell one the trend and IMO it will be up. The best to all.

Let's get real folks. This is a real mining company and they are acting like one.
No pictures of rock hammers, drills, people sweating or sluice boxes etc. are needed.

You know it is funded through phase 1 and 2. There are warrants in place at very realistic prices for further funding. The property has a verifiable history. There is a financial group behind the entire project.

The ones who rah, rah every ten seconds and have insufficient financing are the ones to worry about, not this one, at this time.

Find a mo-mo stock or get some understanding of a real miner and there will be no need for whining, hand holding etc. over every little up and down movement. It is acting exactly like any other junior, junior mining company with the potential future of moving from explorer to producer in a very short period of time. Just for your information an average timetable is 4-5 years. We are way ahead of that.

Sit back, buy the dips, sell some rips and get prepared to ride free shares if your not there already. JMO

I got wind that pm's were going around about page 25 of the filing...stating dilution and toxic financing. Wrong...People need to read it again! NOT IN THERE! As a matter of fact, stated completely the opposite!


Joint Venture Projects As previously announced, the Company had entered into 2 joint venture mining properties with Western Sierra Mining. To date, the Company has experienced difficulty in securing enough shareholder-friendly capital to get the mines into production. This keeps popping up. Did Marc give a timeline about when to expect news from him, not a PR promo, but him updating the shareholders with what progress has been made in phase I. Perhaps a current picture of the drilling or phase one activities. With todays technology...that should not be too hard.

I think something would help a lot of us out who are on the fence about buying in, or anxious about what shares we already own.

I don't mind be an idealist, but something concrete, instead of vague terms like "soon" would be so valued on this forum.
