Citrati, The most recent proof of what you just posted is the Annual filing... may I add ahead of the filing deadline for all reporting companies.

This filing is necessary for the company to go to the OTCBB and complete the uplisting as promised by management. Guess what???... management is proceeding as announced regardless of what the I-hub pumper and dumper groups try to do with this stock...

Some people just don't get it. This is not a typical I-hub pump and dump penny stock. This is a real company that does not dillute, does not reverse split, does not do paid promotions to pump their stock.

Eventually, the I-hub pump/dump crowd will not disappear, but what will happen instead is some of the pump and dump crowd will read the posts and realize that this company has substance..... some of those I-hub pump and dump crowd will slowly, one by one start to realize the DD on this and will begin to hold their shares... that is why the board marks are going so high... pretty soon the BM's will be above 1,000... and it will be because those that did the pump and dump will convert to longs.... its just a matter of time..

Once the pump and dump crowd starts being longs, the pps will start moving up with no retraces back down...
