Green Energy Resources is a scam company, currently trading on the "grey market" following suspension by the SEC.
Here's some information about the Grey Market in the US:
"Grey Market
Securities that are not listed on any stock exchange nor formally quoted via the OTCBB or Pink Sheets are considered to be in the Grey Market. Unsolicited transactions are processed independently and not centrally listed or quoted. Trades are reported to a Self-regulatory organization (SRO), which then passes the data on to market data companies."

The CEO, Mr. Joseph Murray, is a serial liar- you should see some of the PRs he's issued - and his associate, Jack Halperin is also a crook.
Which all means you'd be insane to even think of buying a single share, assuming your broker would let you (reputable brokers will only allow you to sell GRGR).
It is, however, an object lesson in how you should always listen to Auntie SEC when she says "if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is":

We await with interest the probable legal action that will (eventually!) be brought in the wake of the SEC suspension.
Green Energy Resources' Director and Counsel, Jack Halperin, was deeply involved in the SpongeTech scam, too.
I wonder when the SEC will take civil action, or indeed the DoJ will take criminal action against Joe and jack?
Joe Murray is a conniving crook, who should be locked up and the key thrown away.
