Looks like a dead shell with no story

6m float..

I assume the 7m in the O/S is the control block.
Price Waterhouse Coopers filed the Year end to get current. Really said nothing.
Looks to have had a share holders meeting this past August.

Could be another low float R/M in the works.
Keeping my eye on it.
