The launching ETFs are for "Futures". I'm not even sure what that means. I mean CME has been trading bitcoin futures for a couple years now.

Think of it this way grayscale funds not just gdlc but they have many other funds along with many other hedge funds companies that Move bitcoin price and the crypto markets. So use these funds as a indicator for the price of bitcoin and crypto’s a whole.

but why is the price of GDLC under performing the price of bitcoin and ethereum?

I know the fund also owns ADA and SOL and a few others.. but bitcoin and ethereum are the major holdings by far..

bitcoin and ethereum are fractionally down today.. but GDLC is down a solid 6-7 percent (as of this writing)..

I actually like some of the alt coins that are in the fund.. and it seems like a good mix to me..

was just curious why the big difference in price action.

Does anyone else care to chime in?

Btw.. I have seen the price go the other way as well.. so was just curious if someone had some additional insight.

Ethereum and Bitcoin are fractionally down (the two largest holdings) and yet GDLC is down almost 7 percent as of this writing.

Is this normal for GDLC?
