Huge volume today approx 7.2 million shrs
The board sure has been stale for the past 10 month there is alot going on now with GRW latest news
Gravity West has no Voltaire assays yet
2007-11-08 10:16 ET - News Release
Mr. Livio Susin reports
GRAVITY WEST CUTS MASSIVE SULPHIDES AT VOLTAIRE LAKE
Gravity West Mining Corp. has provided the results of the first phase of diamond drilling on the company's Voltaire Lake property in the Sibley basin, 150 kilometres north of Thunder Bay, Ont. Drill holes have intersected massive sulphides including chalcopyrite in unmapped basement rocks that are buried under a cover of Sibley sediments and a diabase sill. The basement geology that has been revealed contains environments that are favourable for gold, volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) and nickel-copper PGE (platinum group element) mineralization.
Five diamond drill holes totalling 1,203 metres were drilled to test a group of conductors defined by a VTEM airborne magnetic and electromagnetic survey carried out over the 73,000-acre Voltaire Lake property in the summer of 2007. All five holes cut through a diabase sill, followed by Sibley group sediments, and entered basement rocks at vertical depths between 70 and 100 metres. The basement rocks are Archean age metavolcanics, metasediments and intrusives belonging to the Garden Lake greenstone belt.
Diamond drill hole VL07-03A intersected intrusive rocks including diorite, gabbro and pyroxenite from the Sibley unconformity at 81 metres to the end of the hole at 215 metres. The 12-metre pyroxenite section was mineralized with disseminated to net-textured sulphides, mainly pyrrhotite. This geological environment is favourable for nickel-copper and/or PGE mineralization.
Basement rocks in drill hole VL07-04 consisted of metasediments, diorite, granodiorite and a five-metre section of a heavily altered (garnet and biotite are the main alteration minerals) volcanic rock with disseminated to massive pyrrhotite, pyrite and chalcopyrite. The aluminous alteration mineralogy suggests an environment favourable to shallow-water VMS mineralization similar to that found at the Sturgeon Lake mining camp, 115 kilometres to the west, where four separate mines operating from 1973 to 1991 produced over 18 million tonnes of Zn-Cu-Pb-Ag-Au ore.
In drill hole VL05-05 the basement rocks included 37 metres of gabbro with disseminated sulphides including minor chalcopyrite, followed by four metres of agglomerate, nine metres of quartz-feldspar porphyry and 45 metres of felsic tuff, most of which is silicified. The porphyry has been chloritized and contains disseminated pyrite with minor chalcopyrite. The felsic tuff contains disseminated to stringery sulphides throughout with a 12-metre section that shows extreme silicification and contains six separate short sections of massive pyrrhotite and pyrite with local splashes of chalcopyrite. The geology indicates a favourable environment for VMS-type base metal mineralization, as well as volcanogenic and/or epigenetic gold. Samples from these three drill holes have been split and sent for assay. Meanwhile, the drill has been moved to test the Black Sturgeon fault area in the eastern part of the property. The Black Sturgeon fault is a regional-scale structure that was active during and after the deposition of the Proterozoic age Sibley sediments. As such, it is an important target area for uranium exploration.
Livio Susin, Gravity West president, commented: "The discovery of base metal mineralization in the basement rocks, under the Sibley basin, is a strong endorsement of Gravity West's strategy of acquiring projects which have the potential to host more than one type of deposit. This geologic leverage will continue to guide company strategy."
The company has given notice to Cascadia International Resources Inc. that it will not proceed with the proposed mineral rights reciprocal exchange as announced in Stockwatch on Sept. 18, 2007.
Derrick Strickland, PGeo, a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101, has approved the technical content of this news release.
RPT has annouced that they are drilling the sibley basin GRW has had a good run and will continue if rpt comes up with the grades everyone is looking for .Its a good idea to be holding both
Since we last spoke GRW has been very active I have been following there neighbors RPT it is finally waking up these Uranium companies are sure a hot sector to be in these days
GRW fell back today but better days ahead in my opinion
Its looking good I am still watching what will happen with the sp of RPT they will be the first one,s to present some results of this area
Last two days had HUGE volume ...
Also watch CJ there are neighbors as well ,GRW have money in the bank 650.000 from what I heard
thanks .... looking at both
GRW willbe waiting to see what RPT gets from there drilling program before making any decisions on there property the have pick up another 6000 acres and now have a total of approx 59.000 acres 41 million shrs out there not bad .Keep an eye on RPT if results prove up strong GRW will be on the move IMO,,,Do your DD
Let me know what you find out!

With the low public float it does,nt take much to get it moving I have spoken to IR in the past and was told that Sept/06 was the month that things would happen we are now past that date so I wonder if they will get any delays due to ground conditions this fall or is the ground freezing up pretty good in the area I think I will make a call tommorrow.Watch CasCadia International they are in this area I do recall
Stock price seems to be basing at .07/.075. News will be the catalyst.
SP has pulled back now I woder what the sudden interest was awhile back is someone getting to position, these properties need to get worked on to see if the .5% plus u308 is in the ground
Didn't GRW also hit .09 briefly?
I am already parked here and bought more yesterday.
Something is up here 8 million traded toay on GRW also the neighbors RPT up .05 cents on 4 million volume the area is heating up and U308 is where you want to park some money
Canacord still buying and keeping price afloat at .06.
1.3M traded
Canaccord sold and bought back in a big way.
Canaccord was scooping up the .065s today.
Yes I live in Ontario, but I am only vaguely familiar with the Maybrun property -- something to "explore" today.
Thanks
Do you live in Ontario and if you do are you familar with OPW opawica and there maybrun property in the Atikwa lake area 70 km SE of Kenora

Hope so Drillman7, as GRW also is slipping and the L2 is not looking great right now.
On the other hand uranium is one play to be in for sure ...
Its been very quite thats for sure and looking at RPT they had a pull back in there sp ,Things will turn around there are some high grades of U308 in this area just as good or not better than the Assabasca Basin northern Sask
Insider activity not too encouraging at this time.
Also there is promotion in Germany as we speak for this stock, and the float is reasonably low. I believe more drilling results on the near horizon.
Rampart has spent $7M on their property which is a commitment that speaks for itself.
Some of you have finally seen this one I have been following GRW for the past year now I think that this has some great potential in the U308 uranium look at RPT they have the prop next to GRW this area has some very high grades of uranium,,
Thanks for opening this Board, I have started following this one closely.
I have a modest stake in this one and will buy more on upswing.
