Website is up and running, checked it tonight. Not sure how long it has been up, but not too long as I checked it a few days ago as well and it was still down.

My shares are reverse split in my account, looks like they will be open to trade any time. Guess we are waiting for the news release to see what develops.

When TDWV was taken over the new owner tried to R/S and the shareholders complained to stop it. Maybe we can do the same here. I hate to lose two investments to the same company.

I have to say that I was taken aback upon hearing of the RS. If anything, I thought we would have a FS. I recommend that we wait to see what this trades at and what the PR announcing the merger and BVRG launch says. I would guess we will see this any time now since the share structure is now public. Lets see what happens here.

May turn out good in long run. They haven't played pumping games, and took their time in putting this deal together. This could be the real things. Have to wait and see?
I been in this since tdwv. Lost money there, so I will be hopeful.

It's already too late for us. We are bagholders now, the R/S is never announced until it is too late to get out. I have been in this stock for a long time and didn't expect to get screwed like this. OH well, add it to the list of stupid plays. Never believe the rumors, get out for any profit...

Well if it goes to .10 or .20 before the split everything is great. Except they may raise the A/S and that will drive down the price. I have no experience with R/S's but I am told they are not good.

The link in post number 1143 shows the date of change to be 1/24/07? Doesn't this mean the r/s will take place tomorrow?

Who's to say that the confirmation of the new ticker symbol won't, by itself, bring the price back to the .10 level BEFORE the r/s takes place? I think the price drifted down due to lack of confirmation of the new company, as well as the stink raised by the proximity with the TDWV debacle.

As I recall this stock was selling at .10-.15 a share. With an r/s 1-100 people who paid .10 aren't green until $10.00 a share.

I'm interested in GGGI. I didn't find any GGGI filing with Belmont Partners named. We are not even sure this thing will be Beverage Creations in the future. They could drop GGGI as they did with TDWV few months ago. Name change at the end of November was just a pump by investor99. We are just an empty shell worth nothing.
