I strongly recommend that any investors in SDVI and those holding GRAFFITI shares, dividend or swap purchases, read this disclosure before further berating company management and the company. I think that these disclosures answer much of what has been truly missing as an explanation. I'm not suggesting that this is the whole story and we certainly will not know the outcome until a jury verdict is rendered, given the trial by jury request is granted. I'd always hoped that if I stayed around long enough I might just begin to learn the truth, which no amount of harangueing brought to light. From this hapless perspective, having fallen under the spell of Ken Hurley and the rabbits, we have been abandoned at all outward and published appearances. Maybe something will change, maybe not. Nevertheless, this sheds a somewhat different light on the story, the orchestration of information regarding SDVI and GRAFF and the folly we have all fallen on.

MY NOTES
ORIGINAL BILLINGS TO NAVARRE: It looks as though they did pay all but a $100k, though paid it late and made it impossible for Graffiti to meet their timely payables commitments thus forcing SDVI into the situation we as investors have found it in.
31. On July 11, 2011, Navarre received Graffiti invoice no. 32373 for $584,755.20 for products delivered by Graffiti. Payment was due to Graffiti no later than September 12, 2011.
32. On July 25, 2011, Graffiti delivered invoice No. 32374 to Navarre, for an amount of $146,549.76. Payment, pursuant to the Distribution Agreement payment was due to Graffiti no later than September 23, 2011.
CLAIMS FOR MONIES YET OWED:
45. Defendants continue to owe Plaintiff monies due under the Distribution Agreement, in an amount to be proven at trial, but not less than $100,000.
WELL, THIS SHEDS SOME LIGHT:
56. As a further proximate cause of the breach of the Agreement by Navarre, Graffiti was prohibited from obtaining funding for the company, causing it to lose the anticipated public sale of a portion of stock in the company, valued at almost $50 million.
AND ABOUT THE FRANKFURT GRAFF FART:
58. With the deep financial problem caused by Navarre’s breach, and the threatened litigation from a number of sources for payments that had been earmarked from Navarre’s anticipated payments, Graffiti was prevented from meeting the requirements to
have a valuable public issuance of stock on a public market, the
Frankfurt Exchange.
YOU HAVE TO WONDER WHY NAVARRE WOULD DO SUCH A THING:
60. The intentional acts of Navarre caused Graffiti tens of millions of dollars in damages and such damages are attributable to Navarre’s breach of its Distribution Agreement with Graffiti.
WHAT WAS NAVARRE'S MOTIVE?
Looks like Graffiti is suing Navarre and Speed Commerce for multi-millions.

2s in play and 1s right around the corner as Ken punishes those who supported him during his time of either being misguided or out and out corrupted. This is what has come of the man, the educated CEO, whom we did not understand, clearly did not understand. This appears to be a case of take the money and run because the law allows for it. Or does it? Really?
Well, I think that buying a piece of property in town just to dedicate a statue in Ken's honor would be the rabbit thing to do. You know, a little bronze plaque in honor of his performance and integrity!
Oooops, perhaps his problems are worse than mine and regardless of what has transpired or the reasons for it, the man did the best he could with the best of intentions and faces what so many decent hard working people are facing in America today. While wishing to understand, attach blame or criticism, wishing for resolution, it all may be for not as Ken's life may rest in the hands of the same banks who so diligently fleece us all if they can.
Well Ken, I wish you and your family the best and hope that it all has been at least well intended. Sure would love to know your story. Maybe in time!

Many of your investors have been and remain small single or light position players who got drawn into your BS fantasizing and are now in financial trouble because of it. You know the kind, young parents with families, hard working folks with a vision of growing their opportunities by supporting an excellent promising business venture. Little people, so to speak. Not con sham artists swinging and flipping everything in their lives, pimping hither and yawn!
So Ken, it just may be time for you to rethink your wisdom model and do a tad bit for the good people in this world whom you have so blatantly abused, whether intentional or unintentional. After all, your market is for the most part to families and their children. You get it, I'm sure. Particularly now that you are also a father. Don't leave your faithful high and dry Ken. Not a good idea!

I can only second guess this
as I have no more information than you do on the matter.
I understand your view and I agree with much of it, I do not think that SDVI management meant to come down this path but, they have.
What I cannot understand is why over the past four months, while the stock has sunk almost 90%, SDVI management has taken no action to stem the bleeding. That is what absolutely confounds me. If you can tell me one good reason why SDVI management should sit in silence while the stock drops 90% please tell me. I would really like to know what type of business strategy that is.
And it is not like there is nothing to talk about, we all know the multitude of issues, but first things first, the company needs a plan and this plan needs to be relayed to the shareholders.
Basically, it is far past time to give the shareholders an update. Call it a quarterly update or whatever. Trust me, it cannot hurt the PPS any further. We are currently sitting three ticks away from oblivion and each week sinking lower.

NO POINT MISSED HERE!
My response to a post on SDVI, which I believe to be applicable to this board also, for the obvious reasons.

I think that you and the rest of us can bank on that. Spin talk, either positive or negative, is simply spin talk and you may recall that as being what led so many to convert and buy more and on and on and on. Fact is, there never was a concise plan displayed as to what would or would not be a time criteria or any guarantees that any of the hype would come to fruition.
We bought into the man's vision and followed him down the yellow brick road. We did so as adults knowing very well what the risks were and that we were investing in a PINKY that was not posting any audited information.
Fact is, it appears that the Reader Rabbits are selling. Another fact is that we do not know what may be going on with the business platform and whether or not our SDVI shares will show any value from those sales or that the GRAFF shares will ever really exist anywhere except as placeholders on our portfolios.
What we may guess is that sometime over the next year there may be some disclosure in regards to these things and that in the mean time possible investors may or may not purchase a single share of SDVI over the course of a trading day. No doubt we all noticed that also!
I bought some more shares at 5s following losing twice before with my trades here. My fault! I take full responsibility for my own trading deficiencies. In the mean time I am looking for facts, not the fairy tails of the past, but the facts as may appear. I am still not convinced that Ken intended for his company nor his CEO abilities to take the course we have seen. I just find it difficult to imagine that as his intent. Not a lot of con artists carving out a lively hood in Redwood City. You usually find them in other places. But I could be wrong. That's a fact! LOL

Let's update this information
with some follow-up on how exactly sales
are proceeding and see how the business
may be growing or if it is on a death march.
Can we stir up any support here, particularly
in light of the fact that we are getting absolutely
no further communications from the CEO nor any press
releases telling how things may or may not be going?
I certainly hope so............... Lots of folks have this symbol
showing up on their portfolios like a bad repeating dream. Maybe,

Trusting that everyone
hasn't limped off in total defeat yet,
perhaps some discussions are in order.
Perhaps there are those who do have some
ideas to share and there just may still
be some hope. I say that neither GRAFF
nor Signature Devices are dead until the
CEO concedes total defeat. I don't think
that he is going to do that. But maybe I
am wrong. Wouldn't be the first time nor
the last.

and not a single post since July 26th,
one would think that there is nothing
but pleasure in ignoring this site.
I find that hard to believe, what with
the converted share investments at 200:1
and all those who took heart with the
dividend announcement and got on this
train for the long and not so glorious
ride. Perhaps we do have some things
to air, to discuss here, as we look for
some vindication in our prudent investing
strategies. Ya think!
