Nice VIDEO>>Now we need UPDATE>>people see more than over 12 months to release rabbits - and the price of PPS for over a year at that price >> and especially no Uplist>> Even if a Uplist have been announced in 2008 and in 2011 we are still waiting .>> The history is not very attractive for new investors
We need: Audit first Uplist + IPO..and more Clear information
and Buyback ?? When ??
This week on the edge of SDVI .. you seem to be a little discouraged by exceptional management of Mr Hurley)lol!!
Mr one man show.. he needs another person with qualification for help him
Product is excellent
Promotion is hmm ok
Management ????
IPO in 2011 ???? am very happy that my conversion is a small 2 million only. Consider investors who converted 10 or 20 million .. money that sleep .. hoping that we will see at least 3.50/share.
Money sleep is not good..
Re-posting below for benefit of GRAFF holders as it contains verification that GRAFF has shipped out Reader Rabbit officially. The pre-sales will now become sales. :)

Dear Ihub Shareholders,
As always, I strive to be transparent as possible without violating any SEC rules.
RJ, has expressed his opinion about what SDVI has rights to and if contract(s) is/are binding or not. And I will not comment on pending or anticipated/possible litigation that we may enter into regarding RJ and or other deals. That would be complete speculation and conjecture. It is also not RJ's right to demand or give non-public information as he has done and he maybe violating Non-disclosure agreements.
I cannot and will not discuss non-public information here. It is not a right of individual shareholders to receive information before everyone else. Hence, I maybe silent at times.
As for the IPO our plan to IPO Graffiti has not changed, hence there is no need to make a statement as such, until I can put together another conference call and layout everything that has happened to the general public. This is not disrespecting iHub shareholders of SDVI in anyway, as it has to be done this way. Saying that I'm disrespecting shareholders by not giving away inside information is just plain wrong.
As previously stated, Reader Rabbit would ship this week and was shipped out to retailers yesterday. This is public information that was already disclosed and I am just reaffirming it.
If you would like to order Reader Rabbit Wii from Ebay, we should have them in our offices today for shipping.
Now that the Wii version has shipped I will update everyone as soon as possible and as soon as something changes. For instance once the audits are complete, I put out news. Since there isn't news on it yet, then it's safe to assume they are still in process. I don't think it's my obligation to constantly update shareholders on the minutiae of the audit process and give you details on what an auditor is requesting from us. It is very routine stuff and the auditors are just taking longer than expected to go over everything with a fine tooth comb. They are PCAOB certified and it is their reputation on the line if they do not. We have complicated books because of the diversification of businesses we have entered.
I sent you a Facebook message...did you get it?

I think after lolol...
Audit before May 17th or after--This is a excellent question??
It is also an easy way to teach an English speaking child some Spanish or French..
GRAFF
Isn't spanish the 2nd language (in terms of speakers) in the US? I assumed that was the target of the Spanish version.
Quebec has a law that all video games must be translated into French, as well as the rest of Canada has a significant french speaking population. With the preorders numbers he mentioned last year, I'd assume that's the target market for the French version.
Never mentioned over seas sales (or broke out such income in 2009 audits) so not sure if/how much we've every done overseas. Would be a good thing to know.
Cheers,
Saredi
3 languages and 4 games. Is the French version for Quebec and Spanish for Latin America or are there going to be games sold in Europe?

very interesting!!
Too bad tomorrow is a Holiday. I bet they have the PRs just lined up and waiting to go. Can't wait!
I would rather see monday premarket. I think a second pr then would be better than a single one with all 4. IMO
So, do you think Ken is holding the other two RR just for PR impact or are we really still waiting on Nintendo? Hopefully we'll get the next Gold PR today before EOD.
After the audit comes out and the stop sign goes away then we'll see SDVI start to rise.
Great news. Still 2 more to come plus prs about major retailers.

Just to jump in here, I think it's important to point out that the buyback may also be necessary to alter the share structure of SDVI in such a way that it is conducive to re-merging with Graffiti, if such an option is to be pursued one day.
Also, it would be funny if the $20M from GRAFF to SDVI were used mainly for buybacks:
The fun math
-GRAFF loses $20M in cash.
-SDVI buysback shares up to $20M in value, bringing it to around .025 as Ken hoped.
-GRAFF owns 1/3 of SDVI (about 500M shares) + 300M SDVI (conversions) = 800M shares x .025 = $20M
GRAFF spends $20M, GRAFF gets back $20M in asset value. Coincidence?
LOL
Cheers,
Saredi
Oh good. I thought I had heard that you converted all of your SDVI. I think we'll all do real nice on both of these stocks...the waiting is killing me.
Yeah I still hold a nice size position in SDVI that will tie me over till we hear something about Graffiti .
Well for your sake, I hope they IPO sooner rather than later. Really can't wait to see how that all plays out. Either way Ken wins with his SDVI and GRAFF shares.
I believe the two events are separate based on the fact SDVI will be listed in the states and Graffiti will be listed on the Frankie. IMO Ken doesn’t seem to be in a rush to make the IPO happen anytime soon based on the fact that he let the 360 euro credit line go. That’s a very large credit line to just walk away from, Ken must be confident he can get the financing somewhere else.
Do you think the IPO is dependent on the SDVI uplist? GRAFF IPO news will be awesome because we should know about some of the acquisitions by then too.

Good for you. I only converted half my SDVI shares, and have regretted it everyday since. By that I mean I wish I had converted them all. You can always buy more SDVI any day of the week...you can never get more Graffiti. :) Those shares are the scarce commodity that will gain all the value of any credit line/acquisition/IPO deals that end up coming through...hell, they get 90% of RR sales versus SDVi's 10%. I think following the assets and the money was the better choice, as long as the audits of SDVI clearly demonstrate that the majority of this stuff actually went with GRAFF...that's the last surprise hurdle to cover!
Nite,
Saredi
lol...I hope so also....I hate looking in my safe at those Graffiti certs that have no value as of today or for the last 4 months. Makes me wonder sometimes if I made the right decision by converting my sdvi shares.
GL
"Come hell or high water". -somebody related to the company :D
Just a matter of time and price. We got $7 million in cash to put one on, so there's no doubt we'll get 'something' cobbled together out of that. Though I imagine the LOI for the extra $17 million at $4.66 will be cancelled, unless Ken can pull a replacement out of his butt that makes such an investment profitable. So for now, I just hope they didn't blow all the $7 million on basketball and bubblegum. :)
Cheers,
Saredi
So you are confident that an IPO will still take place?
Yup, it surely ain't good news. Though hopefully it's just a Delayed IPO rather than No IPO, but it definitely takes April out of the picture. Barring a quick replacement for the big acquisition, I'd say late summer or early fall would still be reasonable. Unless we're just gonna do a quick and dirty $1 listing on the Frankfurt end of April anyways and do the empire-building after the fact...
On the plus side, RR sales can finally start pulling into GRAFF.
Cheers,
Saredi

Graffiti Entertainment Inc. Announces Letter of Intent to Acquire Equity Stake in Feature Film Partners VII, LLC With American United Entertainment
REDWOOD CITY, CA--(Marketwire - February 1, 2011) - Graffiti Entertainment Inc. today announced that the Company has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire a 49% equity stake in Feature Film Partners VII, LLC. dba AUE Feature Film & Media Fund -- a new film financing vehicle created by Robert Rodriguez, CEO of American United Entertainment, LLC., Kevin Hicks (American United Entertainment), Bill Mechanic (Pandemonium, LLC.) and Arnold Rifkin (Cheyenne Enterprises).
The letter of intent provides that Graffiti Entertainment will afford AUE Feature Film & Media Fund up to $100,000,000 in film financing in exchange for a 49% stake in the Fund and a minimum of two (2) positions of the five (5) manager positions of the LLC. In addition to its equity stake in AUE Feature Film & Media Fund, Graffiti Entertainment will receive for its own account all rights associated with any soundtrack, events or video game property related to the films financed by the Fund. The letter of intent outlines additional due diligence, audit work and other terms conditional to reaching a definitive agreement.
The transaction underscores Graffiti's business strategy to partner with seasoned industry veterans for the production of feature length films, then leveraging the film's intellectual property to generate multiple revenue streams from sound tracks, events, video games and social network games. This strategy also reduces overall risk by increasing the number of possible revenue streams extracted from a single property. In addition, the film and each of the other platforms will benefit from cross marketing and promotion.
Graffiti Entertainment's Managing Director R.J. Bucaria said, "The relationship with AUE Feature Film & Media Fund is a perfect fit for Graffiti. The talents behind the films and Media projects are proven industry veterans and the intellectual property is top notch. We are looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship."
Robert Rodriguez, Managing Director of AUE Feature Film and Media Fund and CEO of American United Entertainment, stated, "We are excited to have a real collaborative future partnership, and with their commitment, look forward to expanding our ambitions and goals together."
