A research study concluded that Syngar's PLUSWave technology increased ethanol production by an overall average of 26%. The PLUSWave technology optimized the conversion of cellulose to sugars and enhanced ethanol yield. The proposed pilot project will utilize Cellunol Inc.'s proprietary technology to reduce costs and speed the pre-treatment of cellulose materials to form a slurry suitable for fermentation into ethanol.

With the worldwide increase in demand for oil, concern over the environmental impact of the use of fossil fuels and the challenge of sourcing a sustainable crop to provide the cellulose needed for Bio-Fuel fermentation, hemp may very well be part of the solution.

Corn based ethanol is the Bio-Fuel most favored by current United States government subsidies for renewable fuels. Hemp is an improvement over corn-based ethanol on several counts: higher soil conservation, nearly non-existent herbicide & pesticide requirements, higher yields, and greater suitability for cellulosic ethanol production, as opposed to either grains or corn. When compared to other plant species of active interest in Bio-Fuel production, hemp derives 100% more cellulose than species under active investigation. Production costs for corn-based ethanol is nearly twice that of estimated production costs for hemp derived ethanol. Hemp and its related species provide denser cellulose content than corn, higher sugar content, and derives higher ethanol yields per metric ton at lower costs.

Hemp is found to be a superior cultivar for Bio-Fuel production. Hemp exhibits far superior ethanol yields per unit biomass compared to corn. Pretreatment is necessary to alter the cellular structure of the biomass at hand. Specifically, lignin presents a significant stumbling-block to the fermentation of cellulosic material. Pretreatment procedures are primarily aimed at breaking down lignin. The challenge of stripping lignin from lignin bound cellulosic plant matter is the primary complexity that must be overcome prior to the direct conversion of cellulose to ethanol. In conclusion, Discovery's JV pilot project intends to overcome these challenges and establish a new industry standard for the pre-treatment process of Hemp in Bio-Fuel production.

RENO, Nev., April 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Discovery Minerals LTD. (OTC Pink: DSCR) (PINKSHEETS: DSCR) is pleased to provide shareholders with additional information regarding the Joint Venture (JV) with Syngar Technologies. As announced yesterday, the newly formed JV is being extended an exclusive North American license with Cellunol Inc. Cellunol Inc. is a joint venture formed between ANW Inc. of South Africa and Syngar Technologies.

Cellunol's proprietary technology will be deployed through a pilot project set up with one of Discovery's Industrial Hemp growing partners. An inventory of existing industrial hemp is being secured for the purposes of the pilot project. The objectives are to determine the overall cost reductions and increases in ethanol production, resulting from the technology. A typical 600 acre hemp parcel can potentially expect to generate $1,686,000 in revenue and $1,129,000 in profit, not including the possibility of applying for available carbon tax credits.

The following findings are based on a 2011 Manitoba dual-purpose crop report incorporated with a Western Manitoba farmer's report. The conclusions and yield calculations are as follows:

Hemp producing farmland yields approximately 189,000 plants per acre which produces 700 lbs of grain (seed) and 1.5 tons of stalk. Approximately 70% of the 1.5 tons of stalk is the inner hurd core with the remainder being the coveted rope-like fiber or bast. Half the stalk is reclaimed as the dried dead male plants along with any premature stalk material pass through the processing unit. A typical field size of 600 acres should yield about 315 tons of cellulose hurd and 135 tons of the more valuable four foot long green ribbon bast fiber. This estimated yield should generate approximately $1.686 million dollars offset by input costs of $557,000.

Once conclusive data is collected from the pilot project additional research data will be reported.

He will make his initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles. CHRISTOPHER MROWCA, 24, was arrested in Bradenton, Florida and will make his initial appearance in Tampa. ALEXANDER HAWATMEH, 23, of Salem, Oregon is incarcerated in Oregon on an unrelated charge and will appear in federal court at a later date. In addition to the arrests, searches were conducted in Vancouver, Washington, Bradenton, Florida, Salem, Oregon and Boulder, Colorado.

The address goes to an Office/warehouse. The pps action is most likely due to some trader just playing with the shell.
He obviously wanted to keep the shell for future use of he wouldn't have made the dark filing. It has been almost 2 years and there's a number of inactive companies at that address. One even had a gov contract in 2002.

You might try some of the phone numbers at that address. Getting a hint of an upcoming merger could be profitable. I'd do it but I'm slowly working away from pennystocks. Property taxes and market pull back is going to keep me on pennystocks for awhile.

There are no revenues. The last filing indicates the stock is a shell. It has been deregistered and placed in safe keeping so it won't be revoked. The filing calls for it to be classified as "Dark". OTCM isn't good about updating the company pages.

Since there was no filing within 60 days of the form 15, I wouldn't expect to see any further filing for 1-2 years of the Form 15.

SEC Charges Detroit Area Man and His Company with Conducting a Pump and Dump Scheme

On December 10, 2013, the Securities and Exchange Commission charged Randy A. Hamdan and a related entity, Oracle Consultants LLC, with carrying out a pump-and-dump scheme in the securities of CompuSonics Video Corporation. Through his trading entity, Hamdan generated illicit proceeds of approximately $30,000.

According to the Commission's Complaint filed in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Hamdan, who lives in the Dearborn, Michigan area, carried out the pump-and-dump scheme by engaging in manipulative trading, conducting a fraudulent marketing campaign, and, by pretending to be a representative of CompuSonics, causing a news service to issue a false press release on behalf of CompuSonics. Through the phony press release and fraudulent marketing campaign, Hamdan disseminated false claims that CompuSonics had "reached an out-of-court settlement" regarding the company's patent portfolio and the phony press release added the claim that CompuSonics was "considering many options to bring back shareholder value," including a cash dividend and a stock buy-back program. The Complaint alleges that in order to conduct the scheme, Hamdan employed numerous tactics to hide his true identity, including a proxy internet server, an anonymous email service, fictitious contact information, and a prepaid cellphone.

The Complaint alleges that Hamdan and Oracle violated of Section 17(a) of the Securities Act and Section 10(b) of the Exchange Act and Rule 10b-5 thereunder. As to both Hamdan and Oracle, the Commission is seeking permanent injunctions, disgorgement of ill-gotten gains plus prejudgment interest, penalties, and a penny stock bar.

The Commission acknowledges the assistance of the British Columbia Securities Commission and the Office of Fraud Detection and Market Intelligence of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") for its assistance in this investigation.
