Nevada Court Issues Restraining Order Against Tolan Furusho

NEW YORK, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--May 25, 2006 -- China Industrial Waste Management Inc. (OTC BB:CIWT.OB - News) announced today that a temporary restraining order was issued against Mr. Tolan Furusho, prohibiting Mr. Furusho from making claims that he is the sole director of the Company, in the legal action encaptioned Furusho v. Goldtech Mining Corporation, Case No.: A518343, in the District Court, Clark County, Nevada, the Court ordered on May 23, 2006.

The order will remain in effect until the Court has made a final determination on the Company's motion to set aside a default judgment issued in favor of Mr. Furusho, the plaintiff, on June 12, 2006. The Court also ordered that the Company's request for a preliminary injunction will be heard on June 5, 2006.
Separately, in the legal action entitled Robertson v. Goldtech Mining Corp, Case No.: CV4-2011M, in the United States District Court, Western District of Washington filed on September 24, 2004, after the Court dismissed the action on October 25, 2004, for lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction, the plaintiff appealed the decision on November 24, 2004, U.S. Court of Appeals Docket Number: 04-36062. Upon stipulation of the parties, the appeal was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice on May 8, 2006, as so ordered.
