That's what I am doing on another good one like GVDI. It's called CDNO with a 14 million share float and a 200 million share OS which 100 million shares restricted. Very Nice Chinese Reverse Merger coming in! I got everything under a penny on it. They are absolutely Going to file soon and already changed their name on corporate events page on 8/25/2021. My DD has been insane on it lately.

yep in another stock that i'm in, that took patience. Ran to .02's so far from .006 today, was accumulating for weeks and then then everyone showed up on that board. I'm sure you know, trick is to accumulate em before they go like this one.

It had nothing to do with your post. :) I was bidding .008's and I couldn't get filled so I decided to pull it back to .007's and luckily I got 200K after doing so. I've been taking advantage of these lows all week. Just a matter of time before they get their filings in and we go Pink Current. This will see .05 to .10 cents on Pink Current Status in my opinion. Going to be a nice one in my opinion.

I spoke with Alex today. He has a google phone and voice quality was crappy. All I understood is he applied for OTCM access. Rest of the conversation is nothing but “can you hear me”? Then we got disconnected.

The gentleman I corresponded with mention I could share the email as long as it didn’t include his email info. He doesn’t wan to get overwhelmed with emails asking the same question.

We have already filed for GVDI to be current and some info has already been updated on the OTC markets. Due to the major backlog at the OTC, appliactions are taking 6-8 weeks. We hope to get completely current by end of August.

The company shall be updating shareholders as we receive any updates.

The gist of it is, they confirmed they filed all the information needed for GVDI to be current and out of danger. This was in response to be inquiring about the SEC rule 15c2-11. I’ll post it in a bit. Just giving the few here a heads up first.

They have finally removed all the old officers and now
only have Alexander John Somjen listed as CEO which is
correct. Yesterday it still had all the old officers
still listed.
