The gentleman I corresponded with mention I could share the email as long as it didn’t include his email info. He doesn’t wan to get overwhelmed with emails asking the same question.

We have already filed for GVDI to be current and some info has already been updated on the OTC markets. Due to the major backlog at the OTC, appliactions are taking 6-8 weeks. We hope to get completely current by end of August.

The company shall be updating shareholders as we receive any updates.
