using canadian broker, you can use interactive brokers if you are us resident. Seen many people opening interactive brokers account lately bypassing the restriction.

got some .003's gtc filled during the week, will see if i can get some lower once filings comes out will quickly pop back up

backlogged has been like that past month or so. Betting on they will file. now question is will it be on time? Even if it's not on time they can quickly get back up once they finally put out filings.

What the Brokerages did to these tickers is just criminal. With that said GVDI does need to file. Not sure what the hold up is unless OTC markets is just back logged?

yep that's the thing most want to add on dip. Problem is usa residents can't buy at all on non current stocks till they become current.

That does suck for now. We are just going to have to deal with the pain until these companies can file. I know I am down Big on my other tickers today.

most likely backlogged, there was email they filed but the applications were taking like 6-8 week, think the email was posted sometimes in july. Quite a few stocks that are in process of getting current/filed are in the same boat.

I sure would like to see these guys at GVDI start to put out filings. I am hoping that it's just that the OTC Markets is backlogged.

Wow Nice on that info for SOLI. I believe SOLI is going to get their shit straightened out. I just wish I could buy these shares under .10 cents. That in itself would make it worth it. Problem is I am not a Canadian citizen and don't know anybody who is a resident. LOL

agreed those who can buy getting nice cheapies on those stocks that are in process of getting current/filed. I think otc will extend deadlines to those who already filed. With all the backlog is gonna take awhile unless they went on hiring spree and got extra help to clear the backlog. For those stocks who made no attempt in filings goes straight to greys, then the uncertainty will clear. One thing traders hate is uncertainty.

Damn, Probably not worth it as a lot of tickers will be deleted after the 28th who are not compliant or met the deadlines of filing paperwork with OTC markets. Right now folks who can trade are getting a Huge Advantage in the penny market.

GVSI Down a Whopping 2 cents or nearly 40% today because of these restrictions.

Can Canadian Brokers still Buy Grey sheets? I would love to buy some more SOLI, but I cannot buy since end of May.

you need to live in canada :( or find someone that does and use their account lol. Although i'm not quite sure but if you are a dual citizen possibly can open a canadian broker account.

i got some bid order jic, did the same with cca@j when foreign/canadian brokers could only buy it, bought as low as .003's shares that stock ran to .02's few days ago on ce removal.

np, you will know next week why some stock that are not current still have trades going on because of peeps using canadian brokers along with overseas brokers that can still buy pennystocks.

there is still buying from canadian brokers allowed and i'm sure some foreign brokers probably allowing buying. It all depends on the brokerages and where you live imo.

brokerages have power to restrict buying, been doing that for ages.

I still want some law firm to file a class action suit against the brokerage firms. Maybe some social media sites can start a grass roots campaign. It's pure manipulation and they will allow only selling which covers any short. There is no reason they should have been allowed by the SEC to shut down earlier than the SEC was delisting many on September 28th. And that could even get delayed.

I just couldn't help myself as these prices are so stupid on this tiny share structure which is about to go pink current with updates coming? I won't be putting anymore money in this as I don't want to have everything tied up here. So you should get some.

We know filings will be incoming. Brokerages will be restricted from buying, but I know I want to be holding a nice Bag when this goes pink current and Brokerages allow buying again. This should move very Quickly to a nickel or higher on pink current status. This is an easy buy and hold for me.
