Back to Expert today, probably why there was the bidwhack yesterday, I often see a dump right before a ticker goes to Expert, its a good way to get cheap shares if you think its going to come back. In this case I believe they are just missing one Q and they just had a 10K last month, so I think there is a good chance they come back again, they just have a hard time staying current.

Finally traded again @ just .05, first trades since last Summer I believe, 7.8M o/s roughly 340K float or so as the CEO owns 7.5M. If you would have caught that 37k bidwhack, you would have owned over 10% of the float for just $1800 bucks, thats crazy.

Filed at the last minute and avoided the Expert Market or losing their PQE....unlike many others that went to Expert today.

Grace Period designation, will be headed to Expert Market and lose PQE on 07/16/2024 unless they file before. Just can't manage to stay current for some reason.

Looks like GLED getting antsy again to dump cheap, seems like it happens every time they go delinquent in their filings.

Back to Pink Current today, extremely cheap for the ss, very high insider ownership % and no convertible debt... yet... its being funded by the CEO, especially if you can get some shares that GLED dumps to the bid.

I don't know when this is headed to EM, seems like it should have been there already....GLED looks desperate to dump his shares before that happens. Its risky but if you believe they will resume filing, then it could be a good way to get cheap shares of a new issue with a great ss. Around 7.8M o/s and 7.5M held by the CEO so approx. 300K float.

Of course, if they don't come back, its $$$'s down the drain. I can't find out anything on this, there is little public info.
