This is where I need to talk to someone who actively deals with FDA trials but normally in an IND submission you have to have you ducks in a row before any form of clinical trials can be conducted. You need approval from the International Review Board to conduct experiments on humans and normally have a clinical research organization (CRO) assist you with a lot of this. One of the checkmarks I think is you need to show the FDA that once this study ends and the data collected, analyzed and approved, you need to have a strategy to market, manufacture, and distribute that product.

So they are telling us they are filling in all these requirements that the FDA require in this IND (document) submission so that the FDA, when time comes, can check all the boxes and let the company conduct trials.

The PR seems vague except for marketing. Who are these clinical investigators they are chatting with? I know they are holding back because they haven't nailed one down. If they nail a clinical investigator they have a hospital. Everything seems poised but it's just follow through.

I would have accepted a PR with alacrity that addressed financing lined up for trials, fda approval for trial design, acceptance at site for trial, an update on where we are on conversions, etc.

That he was in NY meeting with investment bankers


That he was in Beverly Hills meeting with national MS society members with Kenin Spivak. We also attended their conference not too long ago.

He informed us that all of there meetings went excellent. Tells me he has arranged funding for trials and is working with the MS society for maybe the site to be run at or trial designs. Whatever it may be it seems he has been working diligently. Was Friday the start of people recognizing this and we see an uptick next week? I have no idea. But I will wait to see the fruits of his labor be recognized by dollar signs and moving of decimal points in my account.
