Lot of action going on between the bid and ask. Someone is creating a position. Not long until we find out if they take it down.

Thanks megabandp. GLTU. EOM.
Same here, trying to pick up more.
This stock came back on my radar a few months ago. I’m a long term holder and have been adding. It shows all the signs of getting ready to move up. I don’t know when, but I think it’s pretty soon. It’s hard to buy much as the spread is wide and there’s not much available if you look at level Ii.
We can only hope so. Maybe we will get an update from the big guy.
It sure is nice to see some volume going on. Stagnant days in the rear view mirror?
Where can I find that info. I hope that is true.
Hey anyone here?
I believe we just had Cert of Reinstatement today!
That would be very nice. Like the forgotten seed bursting through after such a long germination period.
It looks promising on the water bill in congress, hopefully
this will help us longs.

Global Water Technologies updates compliance and project activities
INDIANAPOLIS, July 1, 2021 -- Global Water Technologies (OTC: GWTR) participated in a webinar today with OTC Markets regarding SEC amendments to Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11, which will impact trading in its stock on the Pink Market this year.
As noted in February, the amendments are designed to modernize the rule, which was last substantively amended nearly thirty years ago. OTC Markets has begun implementing procedures for companies to make current disclosure publicly available by September 28 in order to be publicly quoted by a broker-dealer.
Global Water Technologies began the process in June and anticipates it will continue for the next two months.
Information about the company's previous filings (and any new updates) is available here. Operations in subsequent years have been similar in size and scope and include business development efforts on several long-term projects that were impacted by the pandemic.
The company’s annual shareholder letter noted it aggressively ramped down operations in order to navigate the pandemic and related project cancellations and delays. It has undertaken a review of those projects and business activities to determine which are likely to move forward in 2021 and expects to see some resumption of operations in the second half of the year. It also continues reaching out to key stakeholders and exploring additional opportunities that may add value to the company.
Also noted previously, the company is working to secure working capital and funding needed for compliance and project activities. A director loan provided funding through the pandemic and the company is in discussions with holders of its convertible notes and others who are considering direct investments. Any shareholders and others wishing to participate in the company’s upcoming plans may send an email requesting information to: info@gwtr.com using the “2021 Plans” subject line.
