GTHI is a private Florida Corporation with Fallacaro as the Pres/Director

It is not clear as to who owns it, whether GTGP, Fallacaro, a compbination of both, or whether there is a third party involved -this is what scam companies do - they fail to tell their stockholders who owns what.

GTGP announced a dividend of the GTHI stock in Dec. of 2011 which has yet to be paid

As you know, FINRA would have to approve of the dividend, which just isn't going to happen

the sec said to a gtgp poster on the phone that sometimes a phone tip gets it done because they are understaffed to look into things on their own all the time...gtgp was such because we were taunted prior to it...i say it was a shorter needing to cover or something...

gixxer, when you say "paperwork", you do understand that it is 28 10q's and 10k's that have to be filed with the SEC at the cost of about $800,000 and 2 years worth of work by the accountants, don't you?

then you have to have a market maker file a 15c211, which won't happen

then you have to have FINRA approve the 15c211, which won't happen

I never thought this was a scam because there are so many entities involved (including the DOE and a whole town in middle America). That makes up a pretty big lynch mob.

I am just angry because all this could have been avoided by following the rules and filling out some paperwork.

In a theoretic nutshell, GTGP will license out the technology and GTHI will own the its own plants; GTHI does the dirty work and GTGP sits back and relaxes; this is how I interpret it from other peoples posts.

Opening bid? ;) I honestly think it could be, but there is always that chance that this whole deal is F&*ing fake. All of this just seems wayyyy tooo good to be true as of now... If this company is for real, it will be worth billions in, potentially, less than a year... I think that is why GTGP is not in the dollars yet; because the big whales are just waiting to see if this is in fact for real. And then like %99999 in one day just like GWA* imo.
