Global Security Agency, Inc. (GSAG) provides companies and individuals with an array of security services, including threat analysis, crisis response, strategic planning, personal protection and pre-incident training. The company has developed its agents with the best skill sets and forward thinking security capabilities to ensure superior security resources and unparalleled protection.

As new forms of personal violence develop in the global economy, the need for specialized training and protection becomes even more obvious. Crisis events, acts of terrorism and criminal opportunism have created many dangerous environments throughout the world. As a result, organizations today, from large corporations to smaller non-profits, are met with complex security challenges.

Currently Global Security Agency has corporate offices in Conroe and training facilities in Montgomery, Texas, Houston, Texas, Conroe, Texas and foreign specialty training centers with branch agents located both domestically and internationally. The company anticipates capturing a major portion of the American domestic market over the next few years by aggressively acquiring existing security companies.

Global Security Agency's primary market includes banks, wealthy families, high-risk insurance companies and celebrities. Ensuring immediate and instant on site protection to any threat against its clients, their families or property, the company is well positioned to capitalize on its key strengths and the continually growing demand for increased security.

SEC Filings:

Executive Summary
From 1993 until 1998, Global Security Agency's management team operated in certain foreign countries as their National Security Force. In 1999 the founders made a strategic decision to enter the US market for domestic development of Global Executive Protection services through the use of specially trained Private Protection Security Officers and Private Sky Marshals with contracts offered to individuals and corporations. After extensive research it became obvious that the market in the United States was a prime source for unfettered growth.
The founders of Global Security Agency have spent their adult lives working in military, government and security business. The principles have devoted themselves to the establishment of the best security agency that can be developed in a domestic or international landscape.
In addition to organically growing revenues, Global Security Agency will be aggressively making acquisitions of existing security companies that are or become available. Using this strategy, the company will not only establish a larger customer base, but will also secure customers by replacing its client's present service. Growth through acquisitions of current smaller security firms, re-training, as well as re-staffing where necessary, will ensure GSA a greater market share.
Global Security Agency experts are capable of developing:
•             Incident response objectives
•             Personal protection
•             Threat reporting procedures
•             Evacuation policies and procedures
•             Threat management team roles and responsibilities
•             Facility emergency call lists
•             Safety/security manuals outlining building profiles, floor plans, and safety procedures
•             Training procedures for personal safety awareness, including recurrent training
