Obviously it was a mistake, they are the new kid on the block selling shells. I still have some Michael Anthony shells from when he was the hot shell seller, then one day, poof, he was gone. They also have changed a lot of the rules for pink shells in the past few years, much more restictive then they used to be. Buying a shell is the same as buying a lotto ticket, most likely you will lose but sometimes you win big.IMO

This guy is posting false info, it's not a hijack as he's been posting. There are many groups and/or lawyers that find public companies that are basically dead and they appeal to the court to take them over, happens all the time. In this case, it looks like they got a batch that weren't up to date in some way and they aren't able to get whatever they need to clean them up. Everyone on ihub wants to be in the next shell that's reverse merging into a million dollar company, sometimes you make out like a bandit and sometimes the deals go south, just part of the game.IMO

Just remember there are honest investors that paid hard earned cash for shares and now there worthless. If you are so keen to prevent people from getting scammed then why don't you look at the whole system - brokers and MMs are making good money trading in illegal shares/goods - and never have to pay back their profits. What kind of justice is that ? and No retribution for the grieved party,great protection for the shareholder. Absolutely disgusting

what they are doing is closing it down so no one else gets taken. unfortunately thats how the SEC works. they dont take into aaccount prior or current shareholders at all. nor should they. their goal is to stop the scamming

Exactly - yet it is so made so easy for crooks to highjack small companies and then the SEC steps in after everyones made their money and penalises the original shareholders and company. I say again why does the SEC penalise the original/legal company who's done nothing wrong? Thet must know what the share structure was before the company was hijacked. So re-set and go after Mina for the money they have made from dumping illegal shares and distribute to the wronged shareholders.

The bottom line the brokers and MMs who have profited from selling these shares in the market also get off with it scot free - why shouldn't they have to pay back the profits/margins they have made in trading illegal shares.

The SEC have allowed these scams to run their course for decades and have done nothing to prevent it. When you have a system that can be easily abused then it will.

The other 5 suspended shells are still showing no trade activities except for GMDP at 0.0001. Hope it is just an error. Who knows..

People, the day of suspension they mention till May 6, so I think if not tomorrow then Friday will open with different price and news as well.

I have a number of reasons to want to get out, first and foremost to not lose money and not stress out!...lol. However, you have some valid points that I will consider. I also wouldnt mind using the money to get into some potentially more lucrative stocks, as I see it. I would not sell out at .0001; I meant I want it to correct itself by going back to .0047 and then get out; sorry for the confusion. What's your gameplan on this one now? Where do you see it, in say, the next week to 10 days?

I hope 0.0001 is just an error or something. My account is stil showing the previous balance. Don't know what is exactly going on yet. Hope it won't affect the potential mergers. Anyway, it just sucks for going through all these.

I wouldn't get out right away. Why? You suffered through all this, don't sell at .0001. Their filings were late, then they fixed it. This happens ALL the time with pinks and OTC. There may still be mergers in the works. Don't sweat it yet. JMO.
