No one knows. I messaged back and forth with Pierre from Alpha Blue Ocean a few days ago on Linked-In. They were going to fund up to $5m in tranches. I think they completed the first tranche. This was his initial response to my first message when I asked if they had any info on the company.

“Hi Matthew, we are looking for information as well as the company as gone completely silent while not respecting it’s contractual engagements. It looked like a promising idea at first with relevant people then.. nothing. Given the value of the company though it has not been worth it for us to engage in further legal due diligences.”

lots are talkin about esports, verison is branching out and getting into it gathering companies already smart on the topic. I didn't see global gaming tech mentioned in those companies but that does not mean that others are not also getting rooted more heavily into the subject matter.

Plus, the covid is what has verison interested. So others may be getting even more into it because of the same thing.

Bushnell and global gaming along with others affiliated with global gaming have experience that may be tapped into.

So there are legitimate signs things are moving behind the scenes

If Nolan owns BLKCF, and BLKCF owns Videre eSPORTS, then if Nolan has convinced eSports to implement Videre on their huge platform, BLKCF will explode in price when/if that deal is announced.
But again, just speculation.

I think, id have to read it again, but that one file link states there is no specific share recorded. It shows a chart and info on how options are done. With a five year self destruct date. It is 10 percent of something. Or 10 percent is divided up between those granted options at that specific time. Looks like Nolan got no compensation by the chart starting on page 2 but likely got 10 percent.

Looking at the daily volume it picked up for 200-300k a day to 1.3mill last Thursday Dec 17th. Huge volume day on Dec 22nd and Dec 23rd but that article is dated Dec 23rd. I'll hold my shares and see what has caused this volume.

This tells us BLKCF owns/owned Videre eSports, which I'm speculating here, is somehow now connected with eSports, which could be huge.
But this is pure guesswork.
Would be good to know how much of BLKCF equity Nolan owns, as that would be the path to BLKCF continuing to rise.

eSports(Nolan) > Videre(Nolan) > BLKCF(Nolan?)

- So if Nolan stills owns 10% of BLKCF, thats 12mm shares, and he stands to make huge profit if Videre is a success on the eSports platform to which he is now a Strategic Advisor.

Info on Lawrence Pemble, who was listed as Director of Global when a statement was published July 18, 2019 stating Bushnell resigned from global gaming technologies.

I haven't found much else on Pemble. There is a Lawrence Pemble who wheels and deals with china, but I didn't want to post that link to create even more confusion. But the guy dealing with china is 62 years of age with three college degrees in one of the press releases I stumbled across. The Lawrence Pemble mentioned in the info related to global gaming I posted is said to be getting a degree somewhere. So the two Pembles may not be related or the same age.

I will post it anyway so people can deep dive if they want. But someone may know more than me. Who knows maybe one is Pemble Sr and one is Pemble Jr.

They do both deal in health products or subject matter so there is a link there. As in the Black sheep post, it mentions Pemble into pharma and these following mention the older Pemble involved in healthcare products.

NOTE: These too may not and probably are not related but they come up under the "Pemble" name search and have similar job functions and subject matter. One seems younger and has military experience while the other seems older and has no military experience.
