No not much! GBHL Share structure was updated on OTCM on November 2nd 2021, only 3 million shares added since 10/8/21!!! This pretty much confirms that most of the recent action was naked short selling by the MMs and not dilution. $GBHL

The 1st sentence of the 2nd paragraph in the link is a pretty strong indicator that an acquisition is forthcoming. Additionally, looking at the chart it appears the stock price has bottomed out, consolidated and is now being accumulated for a reversal fueled, in part, buy(pun-intended) this rumor.

The supplemental filing does read as if an announcement is imminent and an acquisition/expansion is clearly their focus. The fact that they waited this long to address the DWAC association is an indication that the 2nd paragraph is what they really wanted to get out. Here it is again:
