I think they are getting ready to do a reverse split 1 for 1000, just like they did with HDIH.
That stock was trading at $50 (post split equivalent) and now is just between $1-$2. Huge looser.
Volume has dried up too, after reinstatement, this is heading down the toilet.

It looks like that the officer of record with Nevada when Chen took over was Shahin Tabatabei, at 2724 Otter Creek Court, Apt 101 in Las Vegas, and that was the person served papers on along with the resident agent. So the Balaghi guy never bothered to update Nevada. The last annual report had been filed in 2012.

Seems to me it’s better to hold shares in a hijacked shell with 100m shares, a management that keeps regulatory filings updated, and is perusing an acquisition/merger

Then it is to hold shares in an abandoned shell with 9m shares, management that disregards its regulatory duty, and has no business operation.

Hope you got some! I could care less if a shell gets hijacked. It’s the shell owners fault letting it go. Same thing as a domain, you let it expire cause your not paying attention and someone can jump on it. This shell is going to have new owners or already does according to merger filing and once things get updated it’s boom time

Yes look at the other companies mentioned here with the same 'put in place' director Pyng Jou or something. So funny that non of their phone numbers answer or work. They are all defunct otc companies. Robert Chen lied under oath in a Nevada court that he has contacted the officers and major shareholders of GBNW, and hasnt got a hold of anyone. So he lied in court to get the custodianship of GBNW then GBNW had only 9 Million shares before he took over, and then the guy goes and issues 94 Million shares haha for what? Totally fraud. You can't just go issue 94 milllion shares hahaha I talked to the actual officers and major shareholders of GBNW. Major law suit coming against Robert Chen, SEC has been notified, and law suit against the lawyer in Nevada who did the affidavit of Robert Chen. I believe there will be a news release coming out soon in that regard.

For years it had 9 million shares, as soon as Robert Chen takes it over now it has 100 Million shares? After doing a lot of due diligence, and looking at the court filing, looks like Robert Chen and group are shell hijackers.

In the affidavit filed by him, he swears that he made best efforts to contact the company, officers, and major shareholders.

I tracked down the officers, and major shareholders, and they never got a notice or contact from him.
The transer agent transferonline, Caroline has the number for all the major shareholders and officers of GBNW yet not one was contacted.

So this is fraud to lie in court and swear in front of a judge to gain control of the custodianship of GBNW.

Since, the major shareholders and the officers are in contact with the authorities to stop these shell hijackers. There is more to come. More to come.

Wow...Great job! Very good info and getting interesting. So at least we know this is the same person serving as Secretary,Treasurer and Director for TKRGD.

TKRGD recently had a R/S 1-1000...not sure what the correct SS is now. Majority of the people are happy with their free shares and they made a little profit. Don't see how they can do a R/S here at GBNW...SS is soo low. Something in the plan with GBNW. Like PYNG JOU said "there is no direct relationship between the two corporations at this time"....yet! We'll see how this unfolds. GLTA

Here some info from calling the phone # on Wyoming filing and leaving text message. This is text response which I barely got cause she’s(PYNG) not giving any info. Does seem though that filings and or news coming at some point
