I’m out and done with this stock forever … I made some of my earlier losses back but this has nothing to offer anymore and I took what could and got out before it totally collapses . There is absolutely no new for this company anywhere near and they fucked up the phase 3 news with the increased stock . But good luck to you all

If they sold would stock pps be low or where it is ? There’s a outstanding Q how Imetelstat works in combo with Abbivie Drug for treatment AML , studies have positive results so what is Imetelstat ? Do your homework
If Imetelstat does what some say it does this could be the cancer KILLER ? IDK been following Geron for years , the science behind this drug has been studied for decades , Hopefully it plays a part in curing cancer in near term. ??

Is it safe to assume the 2.45 pps purchaser that they spent over 200 mil likes a Healty .85 cents gain in few days ? And can they sell now or hands tied ? If this goes to 5 bucks that’s a huge short term profit ,

If they hold well that’s just a really good indication it’s going much higher , That data may just have some other strong benefits , they keep mentioning “ first in class “ treatment

As for the cheep sale price in offering , They have GS representing them , there’s a reason they are involved

Gern was 10 bucks back in 2018 with J&J holding most of the asset , yes there’s more shares but Geron has 100% ownership now with this milestone I am surprised we’re not trading higher

I want a company with 30-40 years behind finding a cure , they have the experience. Look at all the J & J Docs and staff that joined Geron since 2018. I believe there are patients that can use Imetelstat , they need to do more for them. The FDA will make that final decision

Everyone knows someone that died from Cancer - Let’s pray they find a cure , that’s all that matters. I d give up all my share s to hear there’s a cure , Moonshot !!! ?? it’s time , There’s been big improvement s , now cure it so no one suffers from this horrible Disease.

They've been at this for thirty years! Another example of legacy common losing everything as management walks with millions. Enough of Going it alone! The way to do it (for common shareholders that is) is to partner on each disease for cash up front, then use the proceeds for the next trial. STOP diluting common and doing reverse splits. Get the treatment to the patients.

Cost Bil s to bring a drug to market , it’s incredible that a small bio co to get to this point !!!! The P3 is a success and FDA approval appears to be forthcoming, With less than 200 Mil they had to raise more , I was not surprised they pulled trigger to secure funds , Was a little disappointed in 2.45 per share would liked to see 3-4 bucks

I think a reverse split is a year or so down road , hope so , the co s that just purchase 200 mil wouldn’t accept it & sure a provision in deal making sure it won’t happen until after their out

Listen , securing funds is just smart , there is NO Company if they didn’t secure funds - showing big Pharm they are in good financial position is very important. In fact it attracts interest & offers. Think about it , with out money ?? in the bank their nothing more than a Co with a valuable asset that will forced to sell or be overrun by competitors with money & their asset

In the real world this is how it works so put on big boys pants watch & learn

Seems like the message is always that they're a research facility with lots of mouths to feed, and common shareholder purchases are the equivalent of charitable givings...

This is what they do since they burnt J&J 900 mil dollars and the share price has never been the same. When J&J pulled out GERN did a monster PP which doubled the shares outstanding, GERN' has HUGE cash burn rate through billions of $$$"s

I thought the timing was very interesting IMO , its more about the messaging sent to suitors that they have the means to raise money and go it alone if necessary

I also took notice to the “ choice of words used “ nothing definitive as it relates to cost per share in offering “ and the timeframe , I think the took steps to convey they may or may not sell all the shares

Pharm is a shark tank , this is a really small fish , they need to show independence & capability , they have about 100 employees , big salaries , they maybe some additional data that comes out of this trial that addresses more unmet medical needs. IMO something is missing , prob more like they have BO or partners their Negotiating with
