Same here man. Definitely potential, but there is NOTHING good that can be said about how long this has taken. Given the share structure and float here, it would take only a slight breeze to send the share price sky high from here. Like you, it is completely on the back burner in my portfolio as well until the company starts talking again. Hopefully this will eventually be a legendary winner for us. For all of us that have been patient for 3 years now, it would be nice for our patience to pay off!

LOL I have read more on this stock than you ever have DK, if you want research on how a NOL works, I suggest you do your own DD (there are ALL sorts of private stock groups out with investors you can learn from). ;) As I keep saying, just the fact that you are here supporting GFME is flattering to me!

Dmbcm3 is correct. Someone saw that .20 show up on the ASK briefly yesterday, and decided to hit it for a miniscule amount to make the stock look like it was flying. Was a nice surprise when I logged in yesterday as my account jumped significantly with that buy, but it was just a BS paint unfortunately.

As he said, with NO buying pressure and very little selling pressure (as evident by day after day of zero volume for weeks until 5,000 shares goes off here and there), this stock will most likely stay stagnant until the company gives it a reason to move. My hope is that we'll get an update of some kind in June regarding Seymours agreement with George Foreman, or that Seymour and Jewelcor decide to FINALLY sell the shell so that another entity can utilize it and take advantage of the massive NOL (a HUGE incentive for any company to roll in here).

I have spoken to at least a dozen long-term shareholders of this stock who (like myself) all have NO desire to sell down here for pennies when we are at a $250k market cap. There IS massive upside potential here, IF the company decides to do something about it.

As I have said over and over again, the reason I (and many others) are MORE THAN patient here is the share structure, and the fact that 2 BIG players still own 70% of the O/S (Seymour Holtzman and George Foreman). This is just my opinion, but having done more research than most on these guys, I HIGHLY doubt they are going to let this die. More likely, this stock is just on the backburner of their MASSIVE portfolios, and we are on their time-table as to when they decide to take action. After you take into account the shares in the O/S that are locked up by insiders, there are roughly 900k shares in the float here. Given that 300k or more of those shares are held by just a few of us on this board, its safe to say it would not take much to send this stock into the stratosphere with news.

Each to their own, but IMO there is a good chance that anyone giving away shares at .05 or lower will eventually regret it big time.

There were only 100 shares bought at the .20 closing price. I don't have L2 and haven't seen any news come out, but IMO its just an attempt to get this stock some attention so a long can get out.

I don't think we'll see many green days like this without news about the future of GFME. We should hopefully hear something by June 10, but I'm not holding my breath.
