Hi Stockjocky
do you have any idea of what is happening right now?? why so much volatility?
At least you can call...can you please follow up with some updates if you hear anything? (I ll take bad or good news) so at least we know where to stand toward this stock!
Good question, still trying to find out through some phone calls...
What is going on with GNZR? Why did they drop their market cap from 12Million to 6Million over night? Did anyone heard about what happened in the last week?? the stock lost .45 points in a week!!
Ive noticed that PhysicansJobs.com is now up and running and there could be some instant revenue comming into the company. Im hearing that this company could possibly be making up to 100mil in rev a year. Now, please understand Im not positive about that number, but if this is true or anywhere in the range. This company is growing bigger by the day. The one fact is that just noone knows about it yet and thats why the price range is where it is!!I feel that it a great buy at these prices!!
What makes you think that way? Please develop your comment.
thx

Still waiting for the 10-K filing...
Anyone have any news on anything going on ?????????????/

This company has gained my trust back and When this companies info gets out there what there doing. Were going to see break outs that we havent see in a long time. Im in a .90 and feel great about there future. I think we could possibly see 4.00 in the near term.
Still waiting on the 10-K filing, I'll post it when it hits...

3:53 PM Form NT 10-K Generation Zero Group, For: Dec 31 (10K)
10-K filing delayed...
Who Knows? To me they could put out all the filings they want to but they have some pikers out there selling on the bids and cant handle shit. I would like to see this thing go just as much as the next guy, but who gives a shit. Just pisses me off with a bid at .30
We'll know by the end of this month...
Has anyone heard when the 10-k will be out or if they are going to file it late?
Still watching this stock closely and hope for more news. Sold my GNZR shares and bought SCNG a while ago. Think that a positive development at GNZR will make them move stronger than this one. They got quite a lot shares from GNZR.
Or would it be better to hold them both? Mhhh. An opinions here?

GNZR, anounced the aqusition of physicianworks.com, this could be strong for GNZR. http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GNZR/news
Looks like our price is holding at $1.00. If you go to OTCMARKETS.COM it looks like the buy is at .80 and sell is 1.00. Has anyone hear anything more on whats going on?
I did call the office and a real person picked up and I asked to speak to the IR person. I was placed on hold but told they we unavailable. This is better than before, but far from where it needs to be.
Has anyone heard anymore lately
I sure hope so. I will be making an effort to contact someone within GNZR and see if there is any indication things are happening. Simple things like someone answering a phone call or returning an e mail would be an improvment and a good sign.
Does This Mean This Thing will Finally start Trading Normally again and perhaps go up to Real Trading levels? It seems like it's been laying dorment for months and months.
Let's see what happens. The 10-K filing due the end of March...
It states that this sale was made with restricted common stock and money. Is that the stock that could not be sold for a few years, from the original sale agreement of GNZR last year? If so, someone must think this stock has a chance of going somewhere.
What do you think????
Generation Zero Group, Inc. Acquires Leading Physician Online Job Board PhysicianWork.com
Feb 14, 2011 4:53:00 PM
ATLANTA, Feb. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Generation Zero Group, Inc. (the "Company") (OTC Bulletin Board: GNZR) today announced that its newly formed wholly-owned subsidiary MedicalWork, LLC has merged with StaffMD, Inc. As a result of the merger, the Company acquired StaffMD's business known as PhysicianWork.com, which is a leading online job-posting website for physicians. PhysicianWork.com has been in business in excess of ten years, and its online job network also includes DoctorWork.com and LocumTenensWork.com.
In addition to the job posting business, the Company acquired StaffMD's portfolio of URL's or domain names that the Company believes have significant value and opportunity. This portfolio includes the URL PhysicianJobs.com which is currently directed to PhysicianWork.com. Jeffrey Sisk, the founder of PhysicianWork.com will remain in charge of MedicalWork, LLC, and the PhysicianWork.com business after the merger.
The Company intends to aggressively manage PhysicianWork.com as the online recruiting market continues to expand. PhysicianWork will remain focused solely on the physician community. The Company intends to monetize the portfolio of URL's that were acquired in the transaction which include PhysicianJobs.com. This process may include licensing the URL's or developing the URL's internally or in some type of joint venture.
Commenting on the announcements, Generation Zero Group, Inc. Chief Executive Officer Matthew Krieg added, "Jeff Sisk has done a great job of building PhysicianWork.com into a leader in its field. PhysicianWork's annual revenues have ranged between $700,000 and $1.7 million over the last five years and it is a high margin business. We are focused on keeping the revenues at or above the high end of this range and utilizing the portfolio of URLs we acquired to develop new revenue sources. If we are able to meet our goals with this acquisition and the Find.com acquisition from last summer, we hope to look to move the Company to a listing on a higher exchange as soon as we can meet the particular exchange's criteria."
Also commenting on the transaction, Jeffrey Sisk added, "I am encouraged by Generation Zero's desire to focus on premium domains. I am dedicated to growing PhysicianWork.com and also helping Generation Zero develop its other assets including Find.com and the portfolio of URL's that were acquired in this transaction."

the thing that baffles me is to go to the effort to get a company through the process they did and then you just sit on it. I have a couple of thoughts one being they are waiting for the right business environment to launch whatever it is they are planning or two they were hit with several very large problems after the takeover (SEC investigation of one of the original upper management and we have no idea of the scope of this investigation). Who knows but to me it is like buying a rental property and after you close escrow you let it sit empty for a couple of years. On the surface, not a very smart plan.
I had high hopes for FIND.COM, the website looks good and they have advertisement but it appears to be a bust if there not willing to put any PR out about it. Typical, keep the stock holders in the dark, thought they would be different, thats what I get for thinking.
Sure hope I am wrong
The next filing will be the yearly 10-K, due the end of March...
Not a word. I sent an e mail and not surprisingly I did not
receive anything back.
Has anyone heard anything about GNZR lately?

Goldstein has been taken off of the Generation Zero Group website. I am not sure at this point from my research whether or not Goldstein involved this company directly with his scam. After reading the SEC filing it sure does appear that Goldstein is a professional scam artist. Unfortunately this stock continues to fall short of any expectations I had. Even the expectation of being somewhat forthcoming and vaguely honest seem to be outside the realm for which GNZR is capable of. I'm beginning to wonder if anyone within the public business sector and Washington DC can field enough honest people to form one basketball team.
I pointed out to the company an error on their website a couple of weeks back. Still not corrected...

Needless to say I was expecting more out of GNZR at this point. I can't imagine that Kreig and crew went into this deal so half heartedly as it appears. We obviously are getting no indication from the company what the future plans are, but I can't help but think the the guys behind the operation are more savvy then it looks. My biggest disappointment is that my money is tied up with a group that seems to have more patience than ambition, but that's the risk we take. I will be holding until something definative comes out. I just hope by that time I'm not holding a true penny stock.
Nice DUMP at GNZR.
Only 3000 shares, but -50%.
We were over $1.70 when no one KNEW anything yet ?
Do we know much more now ?
Only that my $1840 is worth $174 now.

Note holders would like to hear from the COMPANYmanagement as well.

Find.com is an easy-to-use search engine that allows people to find relevant search results thro ugh a clutter-free, user-friendly Web interface. The cornerstones of the Find.com growth strategy begin with its highly memorable, easy-to-understand name: "Find.com". This simple name clearly tells consumers and all Internet users that Find.com enables users to find exactly what they are looking for in the ever-growing huge pool of information available on the Internet.
According to the Forrester Research, 80% of all Internet sessions begin with a search engine. In the large arena of "search", many engines carry limitations such as returning results in a disorganized format. The Find.com search engine's strategy aims to provide high quality, easy-to-use results geared toward consumers rather than researchers. Any Internet user can use Find.com; however our search results will cater to an active consumer looking to make a purchase or prepare for a purchase of some kind. Due to the increasing number of web addresses created each day, URL's (web addresses) are getting longer and harder to remember. This makes branding and marketing inherently more expensive and time consuming. Find.com does not have this obstacle - the name "find" is clear in what it means and what it does. "Find" is easy to remember and intuitively used every day. The focus on domain names is a critical element to Internet marketing today and shows parallels between URL's, web addresses and traditional commercial real estate principles.
Search engines continue to be a growth area on the Internet and among Internet users. Find.com intends to exploit opportunities in the Internet search market by:

Introduction
On April 20, 2010, an explosion and fire erupted on an offshore drilling rig in the Gulf of Mexico called the Deepwater Horizon, which had just completed an exploratory well 52 miles from shore in 4,992 feet of water. Eleven members of the crew are missing and presumed dead. The remainder of the crew abandoned the rig and was rescued by a nearby supply vessel, the Damon Bankston. The fire destroyed the rig, which sank on April 22, 2010. The resulting oil spill has been declared "a spill of national significance" and could become one of the oil industry’s gravest disasters.
Crude oil continues to flow from a broken pipe on the seafloor, has spread across thousands of square miles, and is damaging local economies, sensitive coastlines and wildlife throughout the Gulf region. Beach.org is not maintained by BP, the US government, or any other partial party and is a source you can trust for objective information.
The site is currently fully functional and in a "soft launch" period. Because we have just launched this site (June 30, 2010), the soft launch lets people start interacting with the site while we continue to work out minor issues and add additional content and functionality. Enjoy and please let us know if you encounter any issues.
