the thing that baffles me is to go to the effort to get a company through the process they did and then you just sit on it. I have a couple of thoughts one being they are waiting for the right business environment to launch whatever it is they are planning or two they were hit with several very large problems after the takeover (SEC investigation of one of the original upper management and we have no idea of the scope of this investigation). Who knows but to me it is like buying a rental property and after you close escrow you let it sit empty for a couple of years. On the surface, not a very smart plan.
