Your interpretation of being dark is wrong.

Dark or Defunct is just a classification. The "dark" part indicates the company is no longer providing financial information to the public. "defunct" speaks for itself.

Trading on the Expert Market restricts buying. As far as I know, no one in the US can buy an Expert Market ticker. Canuckleheads however can, I understand.

Once we have audited financials and correct any other requirement that we lack we should trade again. At the moment we are at the mercy of the company, hopefully they understand the positions most of us sit in.

I posted on the 2nd that GTEH has been placed under a 15 day Grace Period. If it were place on the 1st, this will be the last day for Lovatt to submit whatever OTC Markets is requiring.

If it lapses, GTEH will go to the Expert Market.

However, I'm still not understanding why they're not Current Info. Anyone know?

$GTEH lovatt and armenta are done complaints dumping lies no real production of any product the usual $OTC CEOs and so NOW thats what shareholders have to hope for is new ceo and new company plan
