To my understanding about Geltech, the company is not doing much more than servicing some small old contracts?? This is from over one year ago?? Could be or not, who knows the real truth about Geltech?? Only insiders.

As for the shell, who knows what will come of this ticker??? Maybe their debt is too much to pay??? Or maybe company will not negotiate price of shell??? Plus, it is not like these people really need the money! Lol!

All of this is just one opinion, that's all. I will continue to hold my shares because you never ever know in OTC!!

Gelteck is a real business-I live in PBC-they are in Jupiter-there warehouse is still there but I think they dropped the stock to go private and gave it to Warren Mosler as far as I can tell-but he has not done anything with it yet-could be huge or could be dead-who knows

Geltech Solutions does not exist as a going concern/ business. No business in over 1 year. No filings as shown on OTCmarkets.com The only way this changes is if someone buys the ticker and R/M.

On January 28, 2020, Mr. Michael Reger notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of GelTech Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) that he was resigning as the Chairman of the Board, a director and as an executive officer of the Company. Additionally, Mr. Reger informed the Board that he will no longer be funding the Company’s operations.


Item 8.01 Other Information.


As a result of the disclosure under Item 5.02 above, the Company does not have sufficient funds to continue its operations. The Board is looking to alternatives for the future of the Company.

this really isn't a candidate for suspension, yet. the 10K for 2019 is now past due, even with the extensions granted for the covid crisis. the 10Q for the first quarter is now also due. however, suspensions for delinquency don't happen unless a company is well over a year late. usually at least 2 years.
