That news is old , it broke in March of this year in the WSJ. They also have hired an investment bank for M&A advisement and also an advisor from Blackrock. Bankruptcy is not imminent but an option.

No lol, but I'm trying to come up with a strategy with regard to getting back in (short). My current theory is that because so many people bought above 5 cents yesterday yesterday you probably had some newbies today who bought today looking to average down not realizing that this shyt is still going to fall off a cliff. So I expect them to then sell there share from both 7/9 & 7/10. We will see how it plays out. I always enjoy getting a second opinion.

Basically this stock had a nice good run yesterday and now bag holders are getting fulled by minuscule orders of just a few bucks at the higher levels. To make a long story short this stock has be diluted and promoted for the sole purpose of making money. Do your DD newcomers and check out who got paid for this and how much. this was a very short promo meaning this turd (scam IMO) is heading back south.

Where are you willing to sell? What is enough profit on a position? Don't you have a watch list to jump into other position? At this point doesn't the risk outweigh the reward? To answer the last question hell yes the risk does outweigh the reward. You made you profit (I hope). I cannot lie I take great joy is watching stocks crash and burn and seeing people lose their shirts. It is this aspect of trading that makes trading even more fun.
