They have thee flag of the U.S. Old Glory..the RED WHITE AND BLUE prominently showing in EVERY KEY RECENT PHOTO OF CEO KISA and their Sr Mgt team posing in their new building or at meetings etc....HELLO....SMOKE SIGNAL COMMUNICATIONS...50,000 WATT RADIO FREE BLARING HELLO SIGNALS THAT, "WE'RE PROUD TO BE COMING TO AMERICA SOON" and trade on your stock market.....the guy couldn't be any clearer IMO...

A single $BILLION EURO LOAN takes place around this planet literally EVERY SECOND....to the U.S. it's a ROUNDING ERROR in a budget to the Federal govt and many states....it's not a "WORLD NEWS MAKER" and one would have to be searching IN THE NATIVE LANGUAGE of the countries they work and deal in- else Google will return nothing in a search....GIFA is just now "starting" to publish info IN ENGLISH as they move operating a UNITED STATES based SUBSIDIARY...aka the NEVADA FILED public entity known as GIFA, Inc which will OPERATE FROM THE U.S. and is NOT one-in-the-same as GIFA Holdings...there's gonna be an ASSET TRANSFER....

At a 5% commission/broker fee they'd only need to arrange/broker approx $5 BILLION in loans to throw-off $160 MILLION in top-line revenues...which could EASILY give them a market cap/gross revenue multiplier of $2 to $3 a share...EASILY.....

So if their numbers they are stating on their newly minted website are even REMOTELY CLOSE TO TRUE...this is a BIG, BIG company with a lot of cash revenues going to their top-line...we'll know when the ASSET TRANSFER is "rolled into" GIFA, Inc their U.S. operations now.....

We should be watching both FINRA (of course) for the full-blown SYMBOL and NAME CHANGE.....BUT....also be checking the OTC site where the SEC filings appeared...as it's common FIRST for an "ATTORNEY OPINION LETTER" to be posted prior to the FINRA ACTION....

The letter would appear right there and be written by William Aul, their SEC/Securities attorney from San Diego CA.

He's written many such "OPINION LETTERS". It's basically their securities attorney stating, "I'VE REVIEWED THE FILINGS TO DATE, AND IN MY EXPERT OPINION, THEY REPRESENT A TRUE AND ACCURATE REPRESENTATION OF THE FINANCIALS OF THE COMPANY FRFS UP TO THE POINT THIS ACTION IS TAKING PLACE"...blah blah blah.....very common to see....

Here's an example of one he wrote prior and also, below is a link to the little "Chinese car company" recent reverse merger- and one will notice they did EXACTLY AS GIFA JUST DID which was to file past, older SEC 10-Q's (three in a row) to bring the biz to the last point it was functioning- THEN their attorney wrote their OPINION LETTER and it gets posted to the OTC SITE and is part of the FINRA review package....
