Casinos are great and all but I just want to see gmzp go to silver
Comps are good. Rooms are decent not awesome 4 stars but staying at any hotel room in Vegas spoils ya like Palazzo over looking the Sphere 5+ stars. Atmosphere is great though the ambience, vibes and energy. Red Lotus small Asian restaurant in back of casino is good if you like Pho. Think they got rid of their buffet though.. High limit slot room is decent sized not like some casinos in Midwest that have like 10 $5 machines. lol. Very clean but on the border of Kansas and Missouri the elevator smelled like weed bad. lol
Won $2400 JP on a $10 machine hit another $1800 back to back at 10:30 last night. So I guess any casino shitty or not IF YOU’re winning is Pretty good…. LOL

I made tons of money years ago. Then the scumbag pumpers took over, especially here at IHUB where they did not care who they screwed.
I did extensive DD on companies, even met with the CEO's and others.
It was way back in 2014 when I sat in a CEO's office and he promised no R/S. Then he proceeded to do three in two years.
Back in the day I had many great runners without front loading and dumping on the naïve. I would only post my opinion after having solid evidence of a stocks ability to run.
I also advised my friends of my opinion when I felt a play was a scam and they should way their options as to the risk/reward.
I would only get into a stock after I did real DD and not believed the bullshit spewed these days by pumper clows.
Here is probably my greatest call.

Recently I picked up shares of IOVA for $8.00 in February and sold 1/2 For $18 in March. It dropped but is now back over $13.
Also my mutual funds averaged 23% last year! LOL

The federal government spent $67 billion on housing assistance in 2023, representing just over 1 percent of total federal outlays. About 80 percent ($53 billion) of the federal government’s support for housing is through three programs that provide rental assistance to low-income households:

Project-based rental assistance ($15 billion). Aside from the three programs above, the federal government spent an additional $14 billion in 2023 on other programs including those targeted to the elderly, people with disabilities, and rural renters. That includes the Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) Program, which is a short-term program established in 2021 as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
