At this point it is pretty clear that Bo Linton should be prosecuted, either in a civil court or, better yet, in a criminal court. With regard to the criminal court, that would be up to the SEC and the FBI. From a civil perspective, I cannot be a party to a class action lawsuit, as I was never sucked into to buying any of Bobo Linton's BS, thus never bought any GDTK or KGET shares. Sorry, but I am in no position to help "hurt Bobo"!

Janice...I felt compelled to "add"...mucho Kleangas shares were exchanged for the de-listed GDTK shares, i.e. 17 KGET shares for every one GDTK share! Unfortunately the KGET stock price has pretty much crashed since the total of over 1.6 BILLION KGET shares were distributed to the Green Day shareholders. There continues to be a question as to whether the Kleangas shares were ever registered. Bo Linton even "filed" with the SEC attesting the shares had not been registered, but these shares have definitely been "traded!" Seems like some fodder for the SEC!

i am a rather large gdtk shareholder and have not received any converted stocks. i did ask etrade, where i have the stock, about this and this is what they responded with on 2/20/14
"After reviewing the situation, I see that GDT Tek has a pending merger with Kleangas. The reorganization is still preliminary and there are not any dates specified. It looks like it will be 1 for 17. As soon as we receive the Kleangas Shares, they will post to your account." so, it looks like we won't be getting the new shares anytime soon. at least that is my suspicion. you know as soon as they convert them everyone is going to sell. the last time they did this (yes this has happened before), by the time we received the new stocks they were pretty much worthless followed by a string of false hope for years to follow. wish i could be optimistic, but this has been going on for 3 previous stock symbol changes and almost 10 years.

How did you get the stock transfer company to take the old GDTK shares and swap for KGET shares? I purchased GDTK through ShareBuilder, and they (SB customer service) are saying they cannot provide the old shares for exchange of the new until the "corporate action" is completed, and they receive information that it is completed. She then told me that since GDTK was delisted, she doesn't see how it will even be possible to exchange the shares with the stock transfer company for the KGET shares. She is having a different department look into it, and they will get back to me. When I contacted the stock transfer company, the woman in the securities department confirmed that she is exchanging the shares, but cannot do it until the old stock certificates are sent to her ...ShareBuilder is telling me they cannot send stock certificates for a delisted company, so now sure how I can get around this ...hopefully the other department at ShareBuilder thats looking into it will have an answer. How did you get around this???

The share exchange continues to be a mystery! Can you provide details as to your intermediary, i.e. which institution held the GDTK shares? Does this instituton now hold the KGET shares? When the share exchange was announced, the exchange was to be 17 RESTRICTED KGET shares for each GDTK share. The RESTRICTION "conditions" associated with the KGET shares were not detailed in the Share Exchange Agreement. IMO...it is entirely possible the shares are not registered and might never be tradeable via the OTC or other exchange. You might try to contact KGET to get clarification, but I'd bet more than a buck that neither Bo nor Maxine will have the courtesy to respond.

I got a letter from the bank about the conversion rate.
Got 850000 shares of KGET for my 50000 shares of GDTK.
They show up in my account but are not free to trade yet.
I can buy extra shares already but selling is not possible yet.
So i guess they're not physically delivered yet.
But anyhow i'm very happy with the situation we're in now.

Received a letter from my bank that this took place the 13th of February.

When i look at the share price of KGET, i'm happy with the conversion and also with the volume this ticker gets.

So let's hope that i can get my money back soon and maybe make a profit after all.

I have not gone through this GDTK fiasco, but do feel everyone's anger and agony. Trust me...I am empathetic and have definitely had moments of anger and agony with a few other penny's that led me down the path! Doing some DD on Bo Linton's new venture, Kleangas, pushed me to check the GDT Tek history. IMO...WHAT A SHAM! You gotta believe Bo Linton and some number of other "insiders" were probably holding GDTK shares when the company was delisted. Think about this...now Bo's GDT Tek holdings are worth 17 Kleangas shares as outlined in the Share Exchange Agreement. One announcement talked about "17 restricted shares," but did not include an explanation of the "restrictions." At the time GDTK was halted the pps was about .02. Today, Kleangas is roughly the same, about .02. Doing the math, Bo and the other folks with large holdings, aka insiders, are going to get or have gotten 17 shares @ .02 or a value of about .34 cents for each share of GDTK held at the time of the delisting. Again, it's not clear how many shares will be a part of the exchange, but pick a number and do the math, i.e. a million GDTK equals $340,000! This really sucks! What a clever way to see some pps pseudo-appreciation!. Has anyone on this board received the Kleangas shares? Given the structure of this share exchange transaction, the consuming public may be seeing GDT Tek stock certificates on ebay! And IMHO all of this probably comes about as the result of GDT Tek being unwilling to fork out the bucks to pay auditors to provide updated SEC filings. Going back a couple of years can take a chunk of time and a goodly amount of cash! This, along with a tarnished reputation and other incentives, probably suggested "shutting down" and moving on!

But the others were scams. It takes a LOT of serious DD to determine if these companies are legit or not. It's tough.

Tim Sykes I have mixed opinions. On one hand he DID make serious money in his trading strategy but he comes across in the wrong way. He needs to be more professional. BUT he is a verifiably legit millionaire.

Wow. I invested a small amount of money in a few penny stocks like 3 years ago. I just now revisited some of them, and most all of them are wrapped up in some bullshit revoking status or were founded by some scam artist. I'm really glad I only invested $200 total and a couple weeks of my time, because this is a life & money wasting activity. It's also funny to see people continually promoting stocks even after they've basically dissolved. So many idiots with comments like "hold out.. big things to come!". Who are these assholes? They certainly have no clue what the fuck is going on, and neither do you. Watching the video of this Maxine person from GDTK was hilarious. She appears to be some wealthy socialite who's specialty is gaming the system and getting money from shmucks like you (and at one point, me).
