I would agree something is up. One does just not spend the time and $ it took to get this out of dark shell hell for no reason.

Now....what is that reason? One can only surmise a M & A or RM of some type is coming in. And I will say the OTC market needs a solid merger to wake it back up again. There is a lot of money waiting out there to come back into the OTC and a BIG merger and massive runner could be just the thing to kick start a summer OTC bull market.

That one was insane. See, we lived it. That’s what’s coming Sept 28th.
It’s why I’m strategically getting out of any high float, big debt, big court fight shell.
I’ll wait till the knee jerk reaction hits and load up the low float clean shells at the bottom snd ride a few into the darkness.
The OTC Markets are getting slammed with companys trying to get current today.
Back log could be a factor too. Those reporting they are going current that get caught in the log jam, then fall into limbo and crush their PPS a few weeks before. I’ll be buying then.

Now I must remind myself why I’m in this?
Should I buy this dip. Normally I would.

I'm still here fink. Holding my shares patiently and just waiting to see what happens. Hell, we waited a looooong time for SF*IO to come good. If I can have that kind of patience, then I can wait a little while for FUTS lol. But I agree with you that good low float stocks are gonna be hard to find in the future. And all these companies now only have 30 days to submit the filings to get current. Clock is definitely ticking.....

It keeps them from falling in the dark hole come Sept 28th.

I think it’s a smart move. They can always go Audited later.,
Even the Yield sign puts them ahead of all those other dark shells that are not current.

I got a stink’n feeling the pool of good low float shells are going to dry up fast.

I give these till the end of July to do something. Then I’m going to thin out the herd. DE shells especially.
If they are around a 5mm or less of a Float snd still not current, but potential, I’ll continue to hold.

If closer to Sept 28th and retail has abandoned ship to some insane subpenny price, I’ll bone up on a few at the bottom snd ride into the darkness.
It just raises the cost to become current. $10-25k more to bring it back. Beats the $millions and years to do an IPO.

Could not agree more. Ridiculously low A/S and O/S, tiny market cap, they're dropping filings....and no one is buying. It's really hard to believe.

I guess you, me and just a few others here will be sitting back and enjoying the show when news drops/PR comes and everyone is trying to get shares that are hard to come by. Could have one of those crazy days with multi-hundred percent gains. And will still be cheap

Yeah, I'm just gonna patiently wait for this story to unfold. Seems like there's been too many filings recently for this to stop moving forward with a merger of some kind. If the share structure shown on otcmarkets is correct, the chance of this being explosive as you said is very, very high. We don't even need a big company merging in to send this flying. But if it IS a good size company that comes in, holy crap we could see some truly epic gains. Could be some fun days ahead.....

I wonder when we see news hit. You have to think they are bringing in a M & A or a RM soon otherwise why go to the time and expense of updating the filings. I know that once that merger news hits, this could go up fast because with such a small OS and float getting shares will not be an easy feat.
