I would agree something is up. One does just not spend the time and $ it took to get this out of dark shell hell for no reason.

Now....what is that reason? One can only surmise a M & A or RM of some type is coming in. And I will say the OTC market needs a solid merger to wake it back up again. There is a lot of money waiting out there to come back into the OTC and a BIG merger and massive runner could be just the thing to kick start a summer OTC bull market.
