I have no inside info other than to say it was rumored a few months ago that they were in talks with an AI company that wanted to use FUTS to go public and then an almost immediate uplist to the Nasdaq. Basically a SPAC.

FUTS looks as if things are getting close. 100 M OS. 67 M float. No dilution for years. Almost no debt. Fully filing. Stated objective is to Reverse merge with a disruptive tech company. Rumor mill is it will be AI.

Any merger sends this 50 cents or higher with this share structure.

IF....big IF....they do what I am thinking/hoping/predicting/...a dollar or more is certainly feasible.

Remember this company has next to no debt and only a 100 M S and 60 M float. I mean that is basically unheard of on the OTC these days. Pretty much unheard of even on the bigger exchanges.

IF they bring in the type of AI company I am thinking than $1 or more is possible. The last stock my contact here was involved in (he played a huge role) went from .005 to $1.20 with a 800 M OS.

This has 100 M lol.

And I will just say this as.....I have never seen a shell with a better share structure and lack of debt than what FUTS has. I mean it is as good as one can get.
