AXGI = Craig Wiita + Phil Kueber + Thomas Russell + Steven Corso
Check out AXGI
It is another one just like CRTL, PRGE, and VLNX
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/AXGI/profile
Back in 2014 it used the following characters:
https://www.otciq.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=124853
Craig Witta who is involved with William Scott Marshall and David Naylor in several business entities as the CEO
Thomas Russell providing past legal work
Phil Kueber as the control shareholder through his entity Anvil International Ltd which used to use the Legacy Global Markets (Gregg Mulholland) address in Belize
Notice the author of this AXGI filing is Russ Kidder who also authored some filings for CRGP and was involved in Mulholland/Kueber/Luis Carrillo linked PWEI
https://www.otciq.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=124853
Axium Technologies, Inc was another abandoned ticker that got reinstated in 2010 and was suddenly under the control of Kueber/Mulholland and their group.
According to the filings the company came under receivership through the courts, but I can find no record of any custodianship filings for the company through the courts. AXGI filings say that Robert Stevens was the receiver
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=AXGI&id=119927
The same Robert Stevens that sold VLNX and CRTL to Gregg Mulholland, Phil Kueber, and their gang.
The receivership costs were used to create a whole bunch of new stock in 2014 following a 1:1,0000 reverse split that wiped out all the previous shareholders
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=AXGI&id=119086
The receivership costs came to $10,718 in fees which by 2014 had accrued $3,858 in interest. The total ($14,576) was converted into 141,100,100 shares of stock which was then split up among 8 anonymous Belize entities controlled by Phil Kueber/Gregg Muholland and their gang.
100,000,000 remained restricted and went to Anvil International Ltd making Anvil International Ltd the controlling shareholder (71%)
In this court document we see that Anvil is controlled by Phil Kueber
http://promotionstocksecrets.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/Complaint_etc.pdf
The other 41,100,100 shares were made free trading and split up among 7 unnamed anonymous Belize entities controlled by Gregg Muholland/Phil Kueber and their group.
Those 41,100,100 shares made up almost the entire float thanks to that 1:1000 reverse split that reduced the previous shareholders down to just 94,167 shares.
This is exactly like what they did with CRTL, PRGE, and VLNX
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=116712867
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=116943591
You'll even noticed they messed up on this AXGI filing and included the name Revenge Designs Inc on page 7
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=AXGI&id=119086
In 2015 some changes suddenly took place for the ticker.
At some point Steven Corso became the auditor
The TA was switched from First American Stock Transfer to Signature Stock Transfer (same TA this group used with CRGP)
Craig Wiita suddenly was replaced as the CEO by Thomas D Carter (the brother of the FAKE CEO of CRGP Adam Carter)
The 100,000,000 shares previously held by Kueber in Anvil International Ltd were moved into another account linked to this group at Four Winds Legacy LLC then moved again to an account set up under the name of the probably fake CEO at Carter Revocable Family Trust
Robert Huston III replaced Thomas Russell as the attorney
So far since the Mulholland/Kueber/Marshall/Naylor gang took over AXGI it hasn't really seen any volume.
AXGI is another one like CRTL and PRGE sitting in waiting for a possible future pump&dump
When will a company that does a name change come alive? No pr. nothing yet.
I figured being its first day, they would of put out a PR.
What this all about? Name change, new management, new company direction? Anyone know the up to date share structure?
yea saw that as well, will need to have some updates to justify $22.5 mil MV, b4 I believe anything here
Axium Technologies Inc., AXGI, changed to Wincash Resources Inc., WCRI:

not me Im kicking azz, not on this ticker of course, LOL
Trust me, it's dead. Tons of cleaned out "players" have limped away. The few who have any money left have learned and moved to real stocks, ETFs or even Index funds. I've been observing Pennyland for almost 20 years...
Love that 1000:1 RS here recently.
Adios!
pennyland is far from dead just more challenging, click on my recent posts and find some winners, hint QLTs
Pennyland is dead. If they send me $150 I'll send them $75 back. I swear that would make some penny idiots happy.
1 trade for $150 bucks and now no one to sell to, LOL
What a fizzle. Appears too that Stevens is out of business. Did ANYONE actually fall for this???
yes thats why I posted $28mil market value for what?
Thanks
I could see by the price/volume history that it certainly wasn't front loaded by whoever was running the promotion so I figured it had to be a compensated alert.
It'll be super thin with nearly all of the float still controlled through those anonymous Belize money laundering accounts (retail float is tiny at the moment) which means it could move up or down fast on low volume all depending on how many shares those insiders are looking to sell and how much volume the promoter can create from his alert(s).
Doesn't currently strike me as the type of ticker that will be easy to draw volume to.... at least not yet/now.

Mega Alert: AXGI
Good Afternoon,
OK so it may not exactly be an IPO, but for an OTC its about as
good as it gets.
AXGI made ground breaking headlines on November 1st when
they announced change in management along with a new name
and business direction pending FINRA approval.
As nice as that is, that's not the part that got investors excited,
lets face it, we have seen companies change names and directors
many times to then never be heard from.
Those who read the PR past the first paragraph noticed a key
point that AXGI made that has sparked volume and price movement
every since:
"The Company's new management is excited to bring value to
the organization and has already begun negotiations for the
acquisition of companies in the mining and forestry industries."
That is the key component that many missed out on by not reading the
entire PR, even though it was short and to the point.
Every morning we scan for Acquisition and Merger news, that is the type
of PR's that in the past have sparked off some of the biggest runners we
have all seen.
The question now is which side of the trade do you want to be on?
You can either sit on the side lines and wait, chase and hope to make
a good trade, or you can be part of the action before any possible
announcement happen.
Look at the chart of every great runner that we have ever seen, and
you will find one thing in common: "at one point they were in the exact
position AXGI is at today"
Personally, I am tired of watching so many plays run past us because we
where not aware of what could happen.
Now that AXGI has given us a heads up, we need to make sure that we
are ready and not missing out.
Start your research on AXGI right away and enjoy.
Sincerely,
007

Who is running the paid promotion?
Here is some info about this shell
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=117229243
Nearly the entire float (41,100,100 shares out of 41,147,170 shares) are held in some anonymous Belize corporations set up by Greg Mulholland and Phil Kueber for money laundering purposes. Those 41,100,100 shares were issued right after the last 1:1000 reverse split at a cost of just $.0001/share to pay off part of the balance of $10,718 (plus $3,848 in interest) created through receivership costs from when this shell was hijacked through the court system by Robert Stevens back in 2010.
Easy money for these insiders since their free trading stock came so cheap ($.0001/share).
They removed Craig Witta as the CEO earlier this year since he is so easy to track to David Naylor and William Scott Marshall (buddies of Mulholland/Kueber/Carrillo/Shull). Then they removed Craig Witta's replacement, Thomas D Carter, last week probably because his name was too similar to the name Adam Carter.
http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/axium-technologies-inc-appoints-new-management-team-and-initiates-name-change-otc-pink-axgi-2069007.htm
Name change to Wincash Resources Inc coming. Obviously this is going to become some kind of mining/mineral resources company. Not unlike other tickers linked to this group in the past which also had some of the same people involved (Signature Stock Transfer, Russ Kidder, David Naylor, William Scott Marshall).
