ok,.005 x .01 strong buy! = looking good!
good place for a starter position, imo
Trade sell 5k @ .006! = .005 x .006 now!
Hello monda, got bot 5,737 shares @ .01 today = if dip more shares!
agree, worth it for me to hold for higher prices
Wasn't watching but 01 hit... float is 5 million and at 01 is 14 cents lower than WWAG and ISML highs from past few months. Both had 6 million plus floats. Someone will pick AXGI up, maybe test drive yesterday
.01 was hitting yesterday and someone lowers the ask to .008, brain dead, lol
more to come? $$$$$$$$$
.01 now nice AXGI!
.008 something in the works now?
One of these days Joe will drop something in this company and it will be off to the races
.
Absolutely NJ, I just think Joe will get his creative juices going with AXGI and ultimately get this thing rolling....it's just who he is. It may not have anything with the current options on the table but I believe something will cross his path that makes sense.
2 things- 1, this is a very bad environment to raise money, and 2, Joe probably doesn't need this- can just rest on his laurels...
Come on Joe, update would be nice.
Called a few folks that know Joe....he is working on details but at the moment I am in the dark as to what exactly they are.
Did a little research this evening, still nothing definative.
We need an update Joe, what's the game plan going to be with AXGI?
Haven't checked on anything for a while now....but the CEO is a proven rockstar. He built a several hundred million dollar company that he started in his basement, has won major business awards and does a ton of charity work. Just don't know where things stand at the moment...need to do a little DD.
holy chit with that share structure..Does that structure still hold true?
Would be nice to get a little update from our man Joe, surely he has made some progress.
AXGI
I got kind of bored with it, haven't tried to track what's going on but expect Joe to pick things up at some point. He isn't the type to keep the fluffy stuff PR'd like most of these CEO's, only problem is we wouldn't have a clue when/if something worthwhile was coming. If nothing happens through the summer I will probably look into things again early fall when the market rebounds.
Was really thinking he had something to put into this company but if he does he is hiding it well. :)
This one sure didn't go too well huh?
Very true Bobby, can't believe I'm saying this about a pinkie but not even worried about it. hahahaha
The other you mentioned could have some real juice in it, been watching for a few days. No dilution or anything going on, lots of buying but just doesn't want to go North yet...MM's I'm sure. Fringe, RUliquid, Hdog, Rainmaker and many more very strong traders liking the DD on that one. I may try to find which part of Kansas the unit is going to and check it out if it isn't too far. We'll see. :)
ONLY a matter of TIME we all have that in the mean time ECOS might be worth a little
Still scratching! hahahaha! Joe will drop a bomb on us one of these days when he gets things lined out, until then we just wait and wonder. All positive though, Roetheli is a good one.
What gives you the impression that a PR is coming today for AXGI?? Why did you choose today as the day as opposed to Thursday for example?
does any one know if PR is coming tomorrow??
I am going to buy some stock asap... this company is going to hit the moon I am sure of it.
technology is just booming right now..
This issue is dated October, 2010. Nothing about AXGI, but interesting reading on Mr. Roetheli. Scroll down to page 27.

Bid up to .015. Somebody know something here?
Doesn't take much to move this baby. News of financing sends
This back to the .05-.1 range with ease.
I'd be willing to wager Joe's
scratched his head a time or
or two himself.
Still scratchin my head trying to find the angle on this one, you know Roetheli has a plan, just wish he would let us know what it is.
I'd like to see news of a merger with Tops Security Inc. I'm wondering if they had a name change to Tops Digital Solutions Inc.?
http://topsds.com/products/dvr/index.html
"TOPS Digital Security, another surveillance/security company headquartered in Los Angeles with
whom MSJJ is invested, has verbally agreed to merge with Axium or provide a licensing agreement to
MSJJ for its Linda Security System—large, median and small security systems. Axium would be
involved as the marketing and sales entity providing addition products which might also help interest
investors."
I wish somebody at the company would open up and release some information to the public. I enjoying digging up information during my dd process. But it's very hard to get information specific to Axium. Very, very hard. Still, I'll wait and see how this plays out. The people listed as officers at Nevada are the reason I'm still here.
Same here. I'm small time myself. If I didn't have faith in Joe I'd be outta here. We are on the same page I assure you.

I never had that much; I'm not a big player with these things. I don't need the money for anything else, so I'm happy to wait it out.
Cool! Profits can never be deemed a bad thing. CUDO's! I still believe Joe can pull a rabbit outtta of his hat. The day I stop believing, I will sell and move on. I don't bash, I just move on.

I was in early and took profits, so I'm riding "free" shares, which makes it a little easier. I had the opportunity to sell all during the run, but decided to hold some to see how it plays out. I made that decision based on the people involved. But since no finger has been lifted to provide any type of public information, I'm questioning everything at this point.
I agree whole heartedly. I'm just saying a lot of folks beleive in him or they would have sold out and moved on. People are holding and giving him a chance rather than taking a loss based on the volume. Thats how i see it. If I seen a mass exodus I might be concerned but so far that hasn't happened.

I'm still here. If Mr. Roetheli is looking for investors there are some things he needs to do.
*Release public information as to the company's current status.
*Update the company info page at otcmarkets.com, which right now says:
"Investors are advised that OTC Markets Group has been unable to contact or confirm the location of this company. If you have current contact information, please complete the Update Company Information Form or send an email to info@otcmarkets.com."
That hardly inspires investor confidence. Neither of those would be difficult, or expensive. Nobody's buying right now, imo, because we're all completely in the dark about what's really going on at AXGI. And the bid/ask spread is prohibitive.
Keeping the faith.
The good thing I see going on with this stock is that not many are selling out and moving on. The low volume speaks for itself.

Give me a little time, I will try to find out some info but may take a few days. When I decided to follow this one it was all because of Roetheli, with everything he has done and the kind of man he is I think this reorganization will take hold. I just wish they would give us some info which shows a clearer path.
Craig,
I did see someone wrote something about a reverse merger. Let me assure you that that absolutely did not come from me or from a member of the Board of Directors. I hope the info I sent is informative and provides a perspective of where Axium stands. Had I known the degree of hurdles Axium faced, I likely would not have agreed to be interim CEO, but I do think there is opportunity despite the hurdles.
If you know of anyone who might be interested in investing, please inform me, so that we can provide a copy of the Business Plan when we get it finalized—hopefully this week.
JOE ROETHELI
Yeah I didn't back up the truck. More like a starter set. LOL
Same here. Joe has lots of experience in getting financing. When he gets it, its Game On!
Down a shi tt load I'm just going to wait it out I lost more in vegas I still think Joe will make it happen
Wow! Ouch! We got spanked on this one.
IT was only a matter of time before someone ran out
Of patience.
I'm riding this one out, no question, love what Joe has done in the past, proven winner. Most importantly for us, I actually trust the guy with my money and I don't think I've ever felt that way about an OTC stock before. A lot has to happen for us to start reaching the levels I think are possible, but I've got no problem waiting for him to work his magic. Not to mention, if financing is the key, he has to connections to make it happen.
